Solar Negotiators tech let me know when he was on his way. Spoke with me when he arrived, then started our annual spring service. This time he found a problem & thoroughly explained what needed to be done Had him order the parts & two days later he was back to make the repair. Now we are all set for hot weather.

Bought extra panels from them as the home I bought only came with 12 solar panels. Added 12 more panels and now my electric bill is “0”! And a very low tru up also. Thank you solar Negotiators. They also keep my panels clean for me which is important!

We use Solar Negotiators to clean our solar panels 3x a year. They are always professional, courteous, and do a great job at getting our dusty dirty panels back to squeaky clean! We receive a report after each service with before and after photos of our panels, a little synopsis of any issues found while cleaning, along with the name & photo of the service providers (there are always at least 2 that work together) who completed the service at the appointment. They always call ahead of time to let us know they are heading over, which I love! In addition to providing great service, those little touches go a long way! The price is also very reasonable and is comparable to other solar cleaning companies in our area. We have been with them for over 3 years and our price has been locked in all 3 years (another thing I love!). Overall we are very happy and will continue to be customers of Solar Negotiators!

I've had Solar Negotiators for over a year now... Having had a traumatic experience with Sunrun for three years (over $1,000 OWED at my true-up each year), I cannot RAVE enough about this company. Installation was smooth and if an issue was found it was handled right away. Cleanings are regular and I produce more than I use. I recommend Solar Negotiators to anyone interested in owning solar.

Paid for monitoring but Solar Negotiators failed to see a problem in production when there was a problem. I discovered it after realizing my electric bill was higher and speaking with Solar Edge whose equipment is installed.Then it was discovered a new zigbee that Solar Negotiator installed was registered to a site 300 miles away affecting the monitoring being done. Solar Negotiators refused to back up their warranty. Another company installed tesla batteries before I purchased the house but I have lived in the house for three years before an issue with the Solar production started so the issue is not related to the Tesla battery installation. I communicated with another solar company and they said Solar Negotiator should backup their warranty. Solar Negotiator has proven to me they are not to be relied upon to be a competent Solar provider.

The battery installers did not work on the system you installed. They powered it down and connected the output to a new breaker box. Are you saying if an electrician had to install a new breaker box that would void the warranty. Besides again, the batteries were installed at least 3 years before any issues with your system showed up proving the issues did not have anything to do with the battery installation.

Got a heads up for my cleaning date and time plus a follow up and a phone call the day of. Also got a text when they were 25 to 30 min out. The guys came on time and asked if I had any questions before they got started. They were done quickly and my panels looked great. I received a subsequent email on the service and that they checked the panels and the roof and found no problems. They also included photos in the report and also let me know that I needed to clean out one of my gutters in the front of my house. I am very happy with the service I received.

Proof in the amazing job these people do is not having to pay PG&E !!!! They clean my panels so perfectly that I go 9 months out of the year with no PG&E bills. The other three months the bills are quite low.
They come in and are so efficient. I always get pictures of the before and after cleanings which is amazing. I have shopped around and they are truly the lowest priced company that I trust ontop of my roof and in my yard. The crew is respectful and business like while also being kind and friendly. (approachable):)

I have recommended them to near by neighbors who are also VERY satisfied.

Solar Negotiators is the best investment we ever made. The installation went perfect and they kept us updated during the whole process. Soon after we got a call that there was an issue with production in our system. They monitored it for a few days and then figured out the problem. Then sent out a technician to replace the part on the panel that was not working. Problem solved. Now the only time we see them is every six months they come for free and wash our panels and check them out. And then send us a report with pictures. Love this company. I would recommend them to everybody.

We have had our solar for 2 yrs and we love our low electricity bill! We had one issue with our inverter and solar negotiators replaced it for free which is definitely part of our contract! We just got our backup battery installed and are having great success with the battery too! If we have any questions or problems they are always resolved!

Solar Negotiators took on a complicated job that involved not only 50 solar panels and a high, steep roof of a historic home, but working with subcontractors to remove three layers of old roof including asbestos tiles, rebuilding our patio structure, and better venting our kitchen stove.
