Talked to Fritz on Monday August 5th about getting Solar Panels cleaned. He asked why I thought they needed cleaning so I told him it had been over a year and they were covered with dirt. He explained the procedures he would use to do the job which included the price and before and after pictures. I was scheduled for the next day. He and one of workers showed up as promised ready to clean panels. I was really impressed by their safety procedures. They both unloaded the ladder and strategically placed on the house to get to roof(2 story house) one went up the ladder took pictures and forwarded them to my email. Job completed pictures sent to me. No mess. I found this company on the internet just by chance. If this job was an Olympic Event this team would have won The Gold Medal. No Doubt….

Appointment time got changed the evening before... No biggie. However, I had gotten multiple emails reminding me of date and time. Fritz texted me saying he be here a little early. He does a GREAT job. He came, he cleaned our panels and was done in less time than it took to unload ladder brushes etc. I did get a "referral" discount as he did our neighbors also. Thank Fritz and helper . I can not see my panels as they are on back side of house but I can see our neighbors (across the street) and they are CLEAN !

We have two PV arrays - 8 panels on the roof and 23 panels on a patio shade cover, which are almost flat and tend to accumulate more dirt due to less drainage. I have tried to clean these myself in the past, with limited success, and it had been over a year since my last attempt. Fritz came and cleaned both arrays on Monday and did a great job. He showed up early, was done very quickly, and did it for a very reasonable price. I appreciate the fact that he uses only water with his brushes, which made rinsing down the patio afterwards very easy. As a result of the cleaning, the peak output from the patio cover array increased from 3.2 kW on Sunday to 3.7 kW on Tuesday, a 16% increase. The higher peak on Monday occurred during the cleaning when the water cooled the panels down, making them operate more efficiently. Not everybody will see equivalent results, because my panels were very dirty, but this illustrates how important it is to keep the panels clean. We definitely will be bringing Fritz back next year, or maybe sooner.

30% production increase after panel cleaning!! I live in a rural part of SD County and solar makes sense. My neighbor has a horse arena and dust is just a part of our life. We also get lots of wind. We had our panels cleaned by the Solar Cleaners about a year ago, Fritz and his team were awesome, easy to schedule, arrived on time, price was fair for the work and everything was perfect when they left. I forgot to do it last time so I just looked at the app while he cleaned the panels and my generation went from 8.1 to 10.7kW!! I hate leaving money on the table and it was as easy as scheduling with the Solar Cleaners. I am just some guy but that is a huge difference and if you paid for the panels you might as well get the most possible out of them. I only leave reviews when I’m blown away. Five stars all the way. I’m not waiting a year next time. Lol

The Solar Cleaners were here today and cleaned the21 panels on my roof. Since my panels had never been cleaned, they were exceptionally dirty . Fritz did an amazing job in cleaning things up and they are shining bright now.

Had the pleasure of working with Fritz and his crew the other day. This was such a simple and painless process it made me smile. I live next to a busy freeway and had my solar panels installed last year and they haven't been cleaned since. I noticed how dirty they were by approaching my roof at a certain angle. I discussed it with my wife and told her we have a 25,000 investment and we need to maintain it. She agreed and The Solar Cleaners was the first business I called. I spoke to Fritz and told him what I wanted, I took a few pictures for him and he gave me a quote the same day. His quote for 15 panels was 160.00 and felt very reasonable. Fritz and his crew arrived on time, he took a few before and after pictures for me and it turned out like they were just installed. Overall, this was such an easy process and my panels turned out like new again. I was grateful that he took pictures to show me the outcome when it was all complete. I would definitely recommend Fritz to clean your solar panels when it's time to. Very responsive. They found out my panels had fungus growing on them and they cleaned and made it look as new again. Gained 6kWh compared to the day before with the same amount of sun.

Fritz arrived on time and was set up on the roof and cleaning within minutes. He cleaned 40 panels spread out in 4 sections of the roof in about 20 minutes. When he was done, the panels were as shiny as the day they were first installed. I had no idea how dirty they actually were until I saw them clean again. Pricing was super competitive and I ended up booking my next cleaning. Check out the before and after pictures.. Crazy.

My husband and I really liked the prompt customer service and impressed with the ease of use of the CRM system Fritz was using. It made the whole customer service experience really easy!
