I had the worst experience of my life, I brought a load for Rexel and unfortunately I arrived and it was closed to receive a person introduced himself as the attendant and took me to a door where I could park and wait for the next day and back a day arrives Super rude person saying that he was the receiving supervisor saying that I had to go that I needed the door that I was in but the most surprising thing is that all the other doors were empty from 7 to 12 and he wanted to use the 10 where I I was, I think it's inhuman, it's called Gariel or something like that and Rexel really should not have such bad people in charge surpass the trust of the owners

Willcall counter staff are topnotch they work great under pressure even with a full house.

This place is tight for 53' trlrs..but the customer service is great for a Monday morning..mr.Rob and his help was very professional..alot of other companies need to follow mr.Rob and his help as far as customer/driver relationships..please REXEL give Mr.Rob an award for his professionalism..

Rexel has been around for a long time.
Rexel has always been there when you need something for commercial electric supplies and need the item now!
Rexel a good place for customer service also , never had a issue with Rexel.

This is not store just a distribution place. Needs to place orders by phone and then pickup later. Try not to make a mistake in your order because you gonna have a hard time to fix.

Rexel here in Orlando has the worst turn around time of all. Tried to call first but can’t get anyone on the phone. Then I get here at 7am which everyone knows is the busiest time for electricla companies. Waited 1.5hrs just to get 6 Myers hubs. It’s insane. I lose more money coming Here then I’d like. They need more employees. This isnt a 1 time things. It’s like this every time I come in.

Kinda tight backing in but its ok. If u arrive early the recieving guys get there about 2:30am, u can back in to doors 15 16 and 17...in THAT order and goto sleep till theh come in. Out in about 90 mins

Not as bad as the old reviews. I had plenty of space to back up. It really helps when backing up to a space that has empty spaces on both sides. The employee cars weren't a problem.

I couldn’t find my my 3” sweeps anywhere I showed up out of the blue and was able to get everything I needed. Friendly staff

Never answer the phone for will call so you have to go to the store, no matter how many items you order it's a 45 minute minimum wait:

Tony at will call is often working the desk solo, very poor disposition from this counter guy he won't even order items for you. By far the worst supplier I've been to in my 12 years as an electrician. The wait is still awful, the phones don't get answered, they only counter employe obvious takes no consideration of other people's time into his job. POINT BLANK DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IT'S A HUGE WASTE OF TIME
