What a difference Lee Solar Cleaning did for our Panels and the Money we will be saving

I have multiple rental houses in Stockton area for over 15 years.
I've worked with tens or hundred of handymen and services, trust me, this is my 1st time wanted to give a review on a vendor who cheats and has no sense of what cleaning is and not willing to know how a cleaning job should be done. I do not want anyone else be treated this way.

Jeff Lee (the owner) sounded a nice guy when I talked to him over phone, although his price is not low. But I was surprised there are still lots of dirt and mud in the gutter after he claimed his gutter cleaning job was done (enclosed a couple of photos and welcome to contact me for more photos and videos), there are dirts on lower part of roof, on my whole backyard, deck, and ground around my house which was just been power washed a week ago! When I called him for the gutter was not cleaned, they need to be washed or vacuumed , he asked me to pay additional $75 for them to come back to clean them in right way because he already spent 2 hours on my house already! I am going to report this to BBB as well.

Please do yourself a favor: go to find other cleaning company ! Do not take your chances unless you wanted to be treated by un-professional guys and being ripped off. God bless you !

Jeff and his team cleaned my solar panels and my roof. I called and left a message and he returned my call within a few minutes. I told him that I wanted my solar panels cleaned and the other side of my roof also. The other side of my roof faces north and was looking pretty slimy. He asked a few questions, did a google search of my house and I received an estimate the same day! I made the appointment and they arrived ready to go. Jeff is personable, professional and explained the process thoroughly so that I understood. The work was impeccable and he cleaned up and explained how it went. The next day I saw a 10% increase in the output of my solar panels! It’s so impressive to see that cleaning the panels made such a difference. I plan on getting my panels cleaned on a regular basis and will definitely be using Jeff’s company. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff and his team cleaned my solar panels and installed bird proofing, but the quality of their work was very poor. They did not provide any warranty, and several areas around the solar panels were not covered properly. Even after pointing out the issues, they kept asking for additional money instead of taking responsibility for fixing their own work. I would not recommend them.

Prompt response, professional service, and a fair price. Can't ask for much more.

What can I say except Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. We had moved into our house about three years ago and never thought to have the roof gutters cleaned, but when we saw a “small garden” growing out of one of them, I knew we had a problem. I had sent a text to Simply Clean based on past reviews and Carlos responded within ten minutes. He gave a great quote and was here two days later. They did a fantastic job as seen be the pictures. I highly recommend them. Very professional, great communication, and the job was done quickly.

I had Simply Clean Solar Panel and Gutters come out and clean my panels and gutters today. They did an exceptional job. We have had our panels cleaned a few times but never like this!! They went the extra mile and sealed some damaged gutters. They arrived on time and were very professional. I would highly recommend Carlos and his company.

If you appreciate honest hard working men who will make your house look like NEW, call these guys!!! Carlos and Jonathon cleaned our gutters, solar panels, and roof tiles that were covered in algae. Such a huge job. At the end, they spent more time that I would’ve to fully clean and sparkle our patio and windows! For Pete’s Sake, these guys treated me like family. Truly a 5-star experience> Carlos responded to my Yelp quote request with a personal phone call within a couple minutes! He was able to give me a (very fair) quote using Google Earth, and offered to clean my pool solar panels if they needed it.

While on the roof, he took several pics and texted me so I could see the before/after of my gutters. He also noticed a big buildup of algae, and when asked if he could get rid of it, said he could power wash it. However, it would be a mutli-hour job and would be done another day. But he was able to squeeze me in the next day, before the forecasted rain! (I will let you know how it goes.) Since we are selling our house, it's very important to us to get this done ASAP...Carlos and crew did a fantastic job and made sure everything was left as they found it--they even washed the couple of windows where water dripped from the cleaning--no one's ever done that before in the 12 years I've had the gutters cleaned! Highest recommendation.

Carlos and crew did a good job for us. he texted me when he was on his way, Carlos texted before and after pics of his work i strongly recommend Simply Clean.

They came with their drone and did a fly by and showed me what needed to be done , they cleaned my gutters and washed my solder panels , at my age I would have not got everything like they did
