Process was very professional with an email for the date of service and proper invoice and receipt for payment. What I also loved was how prompt he was to the appointment and quickly got to the job. I wasn’t home but he sent me before and after pictures as well as thermal images to ensure everything was running properly. I highly recommend this company because anyone can do it but it takes people who care to make your expense feel like it’s well worth it. Reuben also has me scheduled for a 6 month cleaning for maintenance. That’s going above and beyond.

We had our solar panels cleaned by Affordable Solar Cleaning Pros. From start to finish Reuben's communication was outstanding. He got back to me with a quote right away. Any questions I had were answered quickly and with care. Bernardo and Reuben cleaned the top of the panels, underneath the panels and put up bird proofing. The birds had made such a mess underneath that it caused issues. Bernardo and Reuben worked so hard and so long to get it cleaned up. They took photos and videos throughout the cleanup process and kept us informed about what was going on. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. Bernardo even did some courtesy fixes of broken tiles. Very much appreciated. The before and after photos are incredible. We honestly can’t thank Affordable Solar Cleaning Pros enough. If you’ve ever dealt with a pigeon infestation, you know how miserable it is. We were being awakened every morning (and kept up at night) by constant cooing and the sound of them scraping across the roof. It was a nightmare. On top of the noise, our pool, patio, and window ledges were constantly covered in droppings and broken bird eggs.

We actually had a previous company try to fix this, but they missed several hard-to-reach areas, so the problem never went away. Reuben (the owner) came out and was incredibly compassionate. He didn't try to upsell us; instead, he created a custom plan that was effective but still respected our budget.
