Mathew was polite, helpful and thorough. He also told us of two roof tiles that were cracked. He took pictures of them. Because we had extra tiles he offered to replace them. He took before / after pictures of our solar panels as well. Top job!

Completely unsatisfied. I was sold on them coming out to clean the bird poop, install mesh on the solar panels, & then clean the solar panels.

I was told and in writing on the invoice that they would put plastic tarps down. So that bird poop would not be all over the yard.

They did not do that.

I had to tell the crew that it’s next to impossible to clean the bird poop from under the panels if the mesh was installed first.

This isn’t my business, but common sense to me would be to put plastic down clean under the panels, then put mesh on and proceed to clean the panels.

After taking pictures and videos of them not doing that and bird poop EVERYWHERE. I asked one of the installers. He said there wasn’t any poop. Which he must be lazy, cutting corners, or blind!

When I complained they said they would clean everything. Well they cleaned it by hosing it off into the rocks, so I’m sure my dogs will vacuum it up for them and get sick in the process. Completely disgusting and dissatisfied with the level of work they provided. If I could add video to this as pictures do not do it justice, I would.

Great company to work with and did an amazing job. James the owner personally came out and went above and beyond, as well as explained to me I had a few roof tiles that were cracked and offered to replace them for free. You don’t see that type of customer service anymore and I would refer them to anybody that is looking to have their solar panels cleaned. Matthew did a great job am the cleaning. They look brand new. Price was included in my roof replacement so I did not get charged. Their monthly fee seems high to me but then work was excellent

Not good enough. He was on-time but the end result is a day later they are streaky & still dirty. C- / D+.

James did a great job on my solar panels and meshing them up to protect against the pigeon problem I have been having. Service was performed quickly and professionally. I highly recommended them if you have this problem.
