I had an issue with my Solar system. I called in and had great service. They do good work and are busy so it took just about a week to get a person out, which was not an issue. What amazed me was the technician they sent. Louise was her name and she was amazing. She was fast effective, efficient and super pleasant to work with. She (Louise) gave some of the best costumer service I have ever had. I can tell you beyond any doubt I will work with them and ask for her again. I am writing this because of her and how good of a job she did. It is because of her that I have decided to sign up for the monthly service plan. Thank you Louise for being awesome and resolving all my issues. On a side note they whole company exceed my expectations!

I was very disappointed with my experience with solar Maintence pro. We signed a year contract and immediately canceled it when the year was up. We’ve spent a lot of money in repairs with them and had to call countless times to get someone out to repair our system and it still is not working. They have good people in customer service that talk a good talk, but nothing ever got fixed and we still had to pay them. I would not recommend using this company.

Solar Maintenance Pros cleaned my 53 panels this past week. As usual they were on time and worked efficiently. And I just looked at my app to see production and the change is amazing. The blue bars show what I imported from the grid and yellow bars show what I sent to the grid. It's easy to tell when they came.

Today your crew showed up for the first cleaning of our 38 panels. They showed up on time, performed the work quickly, efficiently, and without excess noise or disturbance. Thanks for the great job. Jose and his team were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable! We had them clean our gutters which we needed badly, clean the roof, clean our solar panels, and install bird barriers around the solar panels. He provided lots a photos of before and after. Very competitive pricing and well worth it. I would highly recommend them.
