Steve Rhodes and his sons run a great family business. They installed a Kohler generator for me just before hurricane Sandy and it kept things going here for 11 days until I got my electric power back. I've been using them ever since for maintenance to make sure the generator is tuned up and ready to go when I need it. When I first shopped for a generator, I knew Steve was the guy because he was the only contractor that said he wouldn't sell me the unit until he checked out my gas pressure and electrical system to make sure the generator would work well in my house. The other contractors just wrote quotes and didn't check anything. I highly recommend Rhodes and Sons.

Absolutely THRILLED we found such an amazing and knowledgeable company to help us with all of our electrical needs when we moved to Arizona. Chris replaced all of our light fixtures and updated and replaced every single outlet and recessed lighting fixture in our home and did an amazing job. Affordable electrical repair company specializing in breaker box replacement, fuse panel upgrades, and complete electrical diagnostics for residential and commercial properties.

I will never use this company again. Just over a year ago, I was charged $900 for replacement of 6 standard receptacles because the power failed to them. The issue was supposedly fixed and over the year although the power still flickered a few times a day to them it wasn't the same issue so I didn't contact because it is not the same issue what are they going to do? As far as they were concerned, it was fixed. The power failed again, and I contacted back, trying to explain what had been happening and saying I needed prices to determine if I could afford for them to come out again. The guy on the phone said "If you had called while I was in office but I can't get to my office until Monday" I didn't plan on it failing while I was working a few minutes before my call. Also. How am I supposed to know when they are in the office if they have the hours as open? At this point, I am in tears, and he tells me to "stop crying and act human." Excuse me?!!! Humans should have some sense of compassion. The one not acting human was the company at this point. I didn't want anything for free and was just trying to get a price to determine if I could afford it. I was explaining what had been going on and made it clear it was a different issue that resulted in the same issue again. But to tell me to stop crying and act human?!! Never again. Overpriced. Lack of compassion. Wasn't even trying to listen to what I was trying to say. Horrible company.
