Great value, professionalism, friendly service and quality work. Marcus and team bird proofed and cleaned my solar system for a great value, they were on time, explained the process again before starting and ensured the area was spotless before leaving. The process was very easy and I would recommend this company for solar system bird proofing and cleaning needs as I saw a 80% improvement in my energy production after cleaning, Im back at my original production when my system was originally installed.

I manage a small apartment complex and had hired a company to clean my solar panels back in Oct 2020. They did a fare job, used a lot of water and took almost 4 hours to clean 61 panels. Last week, Oct 22, 2021, I saw a Yahoo article with a film clip about South Bay Solar Cleaning and decided to give them a try. I took a look at their website, called and left a message. Marcos called me back and we set up an appointment that weekend. He showed up early, was professional, used less water (by using a reversed osmosis filter system - something the other company did not use) and was done in about two hours. He took pictures of his work and emailed them to me. Marcos did an amazing job on my apartment complex. The owner was very happy and we have an appointment in 6 months. Also, he was slightly cheaper than the other company. Thank you South Bay Solar!!!

We have owned our 30 solar panels for 10 years and never had them washed. We know it may not make a big difference in how much they produce, but we had Marcos and South Bay Solar Cleaning help us with the process. We inspected the panels, and they are all in good condition. There was some moss growing around the edges which came off with the power wash. We recommend this firm, and yes, you can do this yourself, but getting on the roof and having the equipment, insurance and peace of mind was of high value for this investment. They were reliable and friendly. You may want to consider them, too. You can see the before and after pictures here. We were not paid to write this.

Marcos was very professional and punctual when it was appointment time. He explained to detail on what was going to take place. He even inspected our solar setup as well as our roof for any descripenacies or broken tiles. I would recommend using this service yearly...

I never realized how much my solar energy production was impacted by a dirty panel, and on my following SDGE bill I received a 25 percent reduction in my electricity bill!
