The technicians at Orius were friendly and very good about answering questions. They also kept me up to date on progress and when they would arrive via text. They ran into some difficulty re-attaching my panels and kept at for much longer than they had anticipated to get the job done.

Orius Solar Care was a pleasure to work with. They were prompt and responsive. Wow, these guys were Super great. Luis and Julian are extremely professional and knowledgeable about any solar system installed regardless of system manufacturers. They were only here to remove some of the panels to excess some damaged roof shingles, but took it further to evaluate my 4 year old solar system and discovered the only 9 of my 27 inverters were working and they took care of the problems for minimal fee. Great costumer service. They coming next week to do a full cleaning of my 4 year old panels.

I was introduced to Orius Solar Care by my roofing contractor when the solar company who was supposed to be providing a 25-year warranty was not responding to scheduling requests for the removal and reinstallation of the solar array on our roof. Julian from Orius Solar Care answered all the questions I had and also sent over a team to get pictures of the panel damage that I needed to provide my insurance company when my original provider failed to send these across despite invoicing me for panel replacements. The Orius team found no damage to the panels. I realized that there was no need to wait for a non-responsive solar company to get the panel removal scheduled before our hail-damaged roof could be replaced. Once I made the decision to proceed with Orius, the process moved through quickly and smoothly. The Orius team was professional and caring. They even called to follow up on whether I had questions and if the solar array was performing as intended after the reinstall. I highly recommend their services.

We had Orius Solar remove and reinstall our solar panels for a roof replacement. The original solar company was giving us the run around so we decided to try another company. They did an outstanding job in removing and reinstalling my solar panels, when I had my roof replaced. They returned the panels to their original positions and charged me a reasonable fee for cleaning. I was so impressed that I had them replace my original contractor who failed repeatedly to monitor and respond to post installation issues.

Orius Solar just completed the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels during my roof being replaced. I have to say upfront that they were super professional and I was completely satisfied with their work.
My panel reinstall was a little more challenging because I wanted several panels relocated to another section of my roof. Prior to the job starting, Jesus and the engineers worked with me to ensure they redesigned my panel layout to meet my expectations and meet all the systems requirements. Jesus stayed in contact with me the entire time. They submitted all the necessary documents and drawings to the city for all the permits.
The guys in the field were equally professional. They were very courteous, respectful, and worked hard all day.
After install, Jesus made sure that my system was operating properly and even updated everything on my solar monitoring app.

We had to have our 46 solar panels removed for a roof replacement. The 4-man team from Oruis included Benito Bruno, Angerbirth, Cruz de la Torre, and Gael Mendoza. It was near 100 degrees outside, but the crew worked hard and completed it in around 7 hours (included a much needed 1 hour lunch break). Excellent communication during the process from the crew supervisor, Benito Bruno.

Edgar and Shawn did a great job with my solar system. They arrived early to inspect and prepare their equipment, they explained to me all the procedures, what was going to be done, and they got right to it nonstop. Finished earlier than expected and did a fantastic job, great team work, great communication, very professional, and a very happy customers.

I had Rolando Cervantes, Erik Garcia, Fernando Subirana, and Ian Lavalle come out from Oriusolar to reinstall 32 solar panels, and they exceeded all expectations. Not only did they complete the job efficiently and professionally, but they also went above and beyond — even removing a snake from my yard. They made sure to clean up everything, replaced my fence securely, and put all the stones back in place so my dogs couldn’t get out.
