Five star all the way! So happy to have found this company and will use them annually to clean our chandeliers! Aaron Jones the owner was super responsive, within the same day we texted back n forth, sent him photos of our 4 chandeliers, had a fair quote and a booked appointment - SAME DAY. They are busy so couldn't get in right away, but I asked him to put us on list of they get a cancellation. Aaron texted me yesterday that there was a cancellation and he could send someone out the next day (today). Alex came out the house, was super friendly, responsive and worked very neatly and quietly. Did a terrific job, the chandeliers look brand new. Seriously! We forgot how shiny they are until Alex cleaned them up. We were so pleased we already booked an appointment for next year, because this is maintenance we need to invest in annually. Well done!

Update: 8-20-25
Aaron came out to do our 4 chandeliers again and bathroom sconces - after heavy duty construction, painting, dust etc - They look brand new again and they are about 25 years old! Aaron is a great guy, very personable and took his time to do a great job very carefully, and I appreciate the fact he was in no hurry to "beat the clock". Small family owned biz that does BIG things with your lights/chandeliers. Gotta call Aaron and have him take care of you.

I did not realize how dusty my tear drop chandelier was until I saw the magic that Witherspoon chandelier cleaning did. It now sparkles like a beautiful piece of jewelry. Aaron Jones, owner, did a meticulous job. He’s a man with an incredible work ethic. I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting an owner who takes such pride in his work and is so respectful of his clients and their home. Excellent service! I really value my lighting fixtures. Several have delicate crystals that need to be carefully cleaned. I needed a pair of sconces to be removed from the wall and safely packaged for storage. When he took them down, he organized all the parts so they could be thoughtfully packed and reassembled later. Priceless!!

Aaron came to my home to take down and wooden crate two large RH crystal chandeliers. He’s meticulous, tidy, arrived at the door in booties and is a very peasant human being which is aways nice!! I highly recommend his services. The crates are on wheels and I’m told they can be placed under moving boxes for our cross country move.

Amazing service! I inherited a chandelier from my grandparents and then parents. It is at least 60 years old and was in rough shape with a broken arm and dirty as all. Aaron came to my house and spent 7 hours rewiring, rechaining, fixing the broken parts and then cleaning the hell out of the thing. It doesn't even look like the same chandelier. It looks amazing. I am not even a lover of old chandeliers but it looks amazing over my table. I can't thank Aaron enough. If you want someone who goes above and beyond, he is your guy!!

Witherspoon Chandelier Cleaning is extremely a professional company! I am very detailed when it comes to services rendered and I was impressed. I don't leave many reviews but this one is worth noting for.

They were on time, communicate effectively, did an amazing and detailed job, and they even replaced all the bulbs (I had to purchase bulbs though). I am very happy with them and will keep them as the vendor for this specific service. Thank you again Witherspoon, truly appreciate it! :)

Honestly the BEST vendor we've worked with so far. Punctual, professional, friendly, and helpful. He noticed a problem with the chandelier, informed us, and fixed it without any extra charge. I sincerely recommend Aaron !!!

I have a chandelier that hung in my mother's homes for 60 years. It sat in storage (that I threw together) for a good 2 years. When I brought it out to hang it....well....let's say I'm glad my mother didn't see it! One of the arms was hanging by almost nothing, ready to fall out. The glass was filthy and all tangled. Aaron took care of it as though it was his own. Restored to it's former glory, I'm so so so happy! Thank you, Aaron! The pics tell it all.

All I can say is WOW! Aaron did an amazing job. I can't believe how beautiful my chandeliers look. The crystals looked like pure, clear ice when he was finished. The sparkle was like looking at diamonds in the jewelry showcase. Once night fell, the colors and shine were even more intense. I'm so happy with the results that I have already booked my next service! If you're in need of a cleaning, call Witherspoon Chandelier Cleaning...you will NOT be disappointed!!
