Excavating Contractor reviews across the US

I have been a recurring customer for over four years. Aaron and his crew are dependable, honest, personable and professional. I don’t believe you could deal with a finer bunch of people!

Called Quality Demo back in the summer to do a house tear down and clean up- they did an amazing job at a reasonable price. Since then I had them come back and cut in a road which required some pretty heavy land clearing that I was equally satisfied with. They have been easy to work with, clean, and timely. Highly recommend.

Quality Demo and Junk Removal was a pleasure to work with. They were always there when they said they’d be. They did quality work and thoroughly cleaned up. They were efficient and very kind. I highly recommend them for your next demo project!

We live in Oak Ridge and are always hesitant to hire people anymore due to declining work ethic and pride. After multiple bids we decided to hire Quality Demolition to remove an old barn and clear some property surrounding to put a new project. Not only was he professional, and punctual... But he was respectful of the land, tidy, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I guess there are still honest, hard working people out there. 10/10. I highly recommend this company to anyone on the fence.

Aaron and his team went above and beyond to get done everything that we needed on our property. They did some demo, land clearing and removed some trees for us. We are thrilled with the results and extremely pleased with their professionalism throughout the entire job! Would definitely recommend and will be calling them back for any future jobs we have!

Quality Demo and Land Clearing did a fantastic job clearing and grading our property in Knoxville. They were fast, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. The crew handled the excavation work with precision, cleaned everything up, and the final results were exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for reliable land clearing, grading, or excavation services in East Tennessee, this team is the best. Highly recommend them for any site prep or demolition project!

Our housed burned down October 9th 2024. We interviewed 4 different demolition companies and chose Aaron's. Aaron has completed the job despite Mother Nature's attempts to stop him (snow and rain). Why did we chose him? He was confident without being boastful. He clearly explained the process. He included me (a female) and looked at me in his verbal responses. He had experience. The price was right. They left the property clean and picked up debris before they left. Aaron and his father were respectful of our loss. I highly recommend them.

These guys took care of an old house that was on a property I bought. Knocked it down and removed the foundation too. Hauled away all the debris and left me with a clean slate. Good quality work at a fair price. Thanks!

Great work at a fair and reasonable price!

Great work, on time and very reliable. Left everything clean and looking good. Definitely use them again for next jobs.

As an architect, I’ve worked with hundreds of different subcontractors. It is always difficult to find one that performs quality work while meeting schedule and communicating during the entire project. While Quality Demolition is a relatively young company, they strive to meet all expectations. Aaron was great with communication, Paul was great at his job on the mini-excavator.
I hope to use these guys again!

Outstanding Demolition Work — Fast, Safe, and Professional!

We hired Quality Demolition for a full tear-out and site prep, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. The crew showed up on time every day, handled all the permits and safety measures, and kept the jobsite clean and organized from start to finish. They worked efficiently but never cut corners — even went the extra mile to haul off debris I hadn’t included in the original quote.

Communication was top-notch, pricing was fair, and the results were flawless. I’d highly recommend Quality Demolition to anyone needing residential or commercial demo done right the first time.

Aaron and his crew cut back a bunch of brush and vegetation and graded in a new road down to the dock on my lake front property. Everything went smoothly and I was happy with the job.

Another good job by a local family owned company .

We have some lake property that was so overgrown, the old dock could not be enjoyed, nor the land, because the dogs pick up every insect on the bank. Quality Demo did an outstanding job! For the first time in years, I could sit on the dock and breathe. It has a brand new life. Very professional and excellent communication! Already planning to use them again!

They are the best! Paul is very knowledgeable and will always show up! He's done several projects for us over the years and I happily recommend him for most any project, large or small.
