On short notice, we had Optima rebuild our deck with a combination of engineered decking and cedar rails. Stan, our estimator, took the lead in walking us through the many decisions and was responsive to our many last minute questions. We were most grateful he took the time to provide samples and information and we felt confident in his advice. The decking crew impressed us with their speed and competence and we could not have been more happy with the end results. Stan and his team delivered everything as promised and they completed it all in just two days, leaving us with a beautiful new deck that will last a generation once we complete staining the cedar rails.

Owner came in person to view the job and provide a quote. Brought multiple material samples, made a recommendation after hearing needs. Was responsive and thorough to answer questions. Did not push a heavy upsell. Provided quote was detailed & professional; with pictures, measurements, properly itemized, and a discussed option detailed. Optima was the only vendor of the 3 I asked for bids from that demonstrated this level of professionalism. 1 of the teams opted to not show up to provide a quote and instead just emailed a bid based on my photos and measurements (they were the most expensive). The other team showed up, were friendly, but did not have materials or options to review. Optima was in the middle of the pricing tiers, but I selected them due to confidence I had in the level of customer service, obvious commitment to quality, and their 5 star review status.

Team showed up the scheduled day. Work was completed on schedule, within the quote, and at high quality. Very happy with the outcome.

Optima completed a beautiful ColorMax fence installation for us in May 2025. I had reached out to a few different companies for quotes on a composite fence for our large, flat yard and Optima responded quickly, was the most professional, and most affordable of everyone we spoke to. Ilya and his team were so easy to work with and took the time to answer our questions and concerns. They installed our fence within 2 weeks of the initial consult and did an absolutely incredible job! We love our fence so much, as do our neighbors, and are reassured by the lifetime warranty and fence's ability to keep our small dogs and young children safe.

Once our landscaping was completed a few months later, one of the latches on our gate door needed some TLC. Optima came out quickly and got everything working again at no additional cost.

I called and spoke with George who came out within a day to quote the repair/replace our fence after a wind storm.
George gave me the quote within a few minutes and the replacement was very reasonably priced.
After accepting the replacement quote his team was out 2 days later.
Andrii and team came out and removed the old fence and installed the new fence in 2 days, working late in the evening knowing I had to travel the next day for work.
They did an outstanding job, they cleaned up the worksite at the end of day 1 and were courteous to our neighbors.
The fence looks fantastic! Again I cannot say enough how impressed I was with their work! Great job to the entire Optima Team - Thank you!

Optima did an excellent job on our fence!

We received four quotes for our project, and Optima was the most reasonably priced. Elijah walked us through the different cedar and post options, which was very helpful. When our neighbors expressed interest in having part of their fence done as well, Elijah was happy to meet with them promptly to provide a quote.

Andreii was extremely communicative and kept us updated throughout the project. They completed our fence (including our neighbor’s portion) in just 2.5 days. Our fence required some shrubs to be trimmed, which they handled as well for no extra cost. They did a great job cleaning up afterward.

We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Highly recommend Optima!

We had an amazing experience start to finish working with Optima Fence. José O and his team did an amazing job and got our whole fence done in only two days!! Jose even came back to make an adjustment to the fence that we requested. My husband and I and our neighbors were all very happy with the fence, the communication, and the customer service. I can’t say enough good things about this business! The reasonable price, the outstanding professionalism, the excellent communication and quality results make me recommend them over and over! I hardly ever write reviews but Luis and his team deserve 5 stars. People driving by my house have stopped to ask about the beautiful fence and pergola. I got 5 bids with wildly different prices but I liked that at the lower end of the range of quotes Heritage is local and came recommended by a landscape architect friend. I will definitely be using them for my next project.

Built a beautiful, custom fence from scratch. We have a difficult border to work with, but they put it all together in a few days. Three gates, all are perfectly balanced and work smoothly. I highly recommend Luis and his crew to do any kind of landscaping you may need.

I started using Heritage Landscaping, Fence & Deck 4 years ago, when we moved to the area. They installed a custom fence in my back yard when we moved in. I showed him a few ideas I had and he built something way better and absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was done quickly and correctly. No corners were cut, so when I needed my back deck redone I called them again. The old deck was falling apart and they completely removed the whole thing down to the dirt, and rebuilt it, all 880 sq/ft of it. Including sinking support posts, and installing appropriate sized support beams, which my prior deck didn't have. They rebuilt it completely out of timbertech including the railings, and installed new lighting and a control panel. Some friends were redoing their deck at the same time with another contractor and theirs was started before mine and we were finished before theirs was. Most recently I needed a concrete pad poured for a new hot tub so I called Heritage again. They were able to get the pad poured in my limited time. They even reinforced it so that the weight of the tub doesn't crack it. Anytime I need any exterior construction done, I call them!! I highly recommend them!!!

This is the 3rd fence project that Heritage Landscaping, Fence & Deck has done for me. The quality of the products that they use, and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. The fence that they designed and built custom for me is so nice that my neighbors are copying it and have hired Heritage Lanscaping Fence & Deck to replace their old fences and install new ones like mine.
