Arrow installed a split rail fence with animal mesh for our dogs to play in. The owner met with us on-site before providing a quote, were extremely responsive and competitive and ultimately built exactly what was quoted. We are very happy with the schedule, cost and quality of their work. Would highly recommend.

We started out with Cliff on the estimate side of the job and then worked with Ben on the design and execution. We had a solid idea for what we wanted in the fence itself; Ben was able to take our sketches, ask a few questions, and make it a reality. The backyard entrance could’ve been a job all on its own. My wife had a general idea of what she wanted to see, but hadn’t decided how to make it happen. She and Ben worked together on that part of the design, looking at pictures and talking ideas, and the end result is simply beautiful. What we wound up with is so much more than a fence, but rather a major enhancement to our property.

Cliff and especially Ben are pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. This was our third time hiring Arrow Fence and I recommend them every time I hear of someone who is thinking about adding a fence to their property.

I have been looking to get a fence for a very long time. Arrow Fence was different from our initially engagement. Recently had a great experience with this company and wanted to share some details. The entire process from first contact to fence install was less than 3 weeks. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, honest, and had a lot of patience with my many questions. The crew that came out to install the fence paid close attention to detail and took their time to get it done right. They even cleaned up after themselves! I will definitely call them in the future for any fencing needs.

Ben came and gave us a quote. He was honest, encouraged us to get other quotes and gave me the feeling of honesty. He didn’t disappoint. The job was started and finished when he and Megan promised. Not to mention it was installed in extremely cold temps. Did an amazing job on our gate and promised they would be back when the temps warmed up to fill in the dirt. They did just that! Ben’s crew were all professional and respectful! Truly worked hard and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend. Great quality and best price!

Arrow Fence of Ohio did an excellent job on my chain length fence. I am just mad I didn't have them do it a long time ago. There service was quick and communication was great each step of the way. I recommend their services.

Ben, the owner, really listens to what you need and works very hard to provide that in his service and craftsmanship. He personally will work with you if you have any questions, or want to make changes. Megan, who works in the office, returns calls very quickly and notifies Ben if he is needed on a job or to call the customer. I an very happy with my fence and believe it will last a long time.

My fence turned out excellent!! The time period from ordering until installation was a little longer than expected, but it was well worth it.

Perfect from the estimate trough the install. This is a family owned business and you can see they take great pride in their work. Cliff Workman, one of the owners did the estimate and was very nice to work with. If we had any questions either Cliff or his son Ben always got back to us in a timely manner even though I know these guys are really busy.
The install went amazingly well, Adam and Hunter started the work and it was cold and then started to drizzle on them but they continued to work! Ben Workman stopped by to see how the job was going and even pitched in because it was really a tough job with the wet and cold which made digging in our Ohio clay miserable! Even with the conditions they measured and leveled and re-leveled until it was perfect.
We could not be more pleased with the job, these guys went above and beyond and were always sincerely friendly and willing to make a couple of changes without hesitation.
When we finish landscaping around the fenced area we are going to post some pictures on facebook and here if we can.
One thing we would like to add is that more people ought to look into aluminum fencing vs. wood, more expense up front but no maintenance or ugly rotting with Ohio moisture. The fence will be here for years and years and always look beautiful, money well invested!

If you find yourself in need of any fence project, Arrow Fence of Ohio needs to be your first call. Several weeks ago, a couple of high school students celebrated their graduation by racing through the streets of our parents' neighborhood. The two cars collided and ran straight through the front yard chain link fence. Luckily, the fence stopped them from ending up in the house. I reached out to Arrow Fence of Ohio and they sent someone out that same day to assess the damage. The assessor was professional and polite as he walked me through everything. A day later I had the report along with the cost estimate which was much lower than I had assumed it would be.

I contacted Megan in Arrow's office and explained the somewhat unique situation in that one of the parent's insurance company would be covering the cost of the damage. She walked me through everything and assured me that everything would work smoothly and was she ever correct! The personal touch I received was far above what I would have ever expected! On the day the work was started, Bruce and Tony arrived and got straight to work. They were two of the nicest guys you would ever meet and as we were chatting for a couple of minutes, one of them mentioned that they had put up a fence behind the house for a neighbor and how nice the woman who lived in the house where they were currently installing the new fence was. They shared with me that the woman brought them out fresh baked cookies and lemonade throughout the day and wondered if I knew her. I told them that it was my mother and they were saddened to hear when I told them she passed last year.

I cannot thank Cliff, Ben, Adam, and the team enough. They were all very professional and completed our fence so quickly. It shows how dedicated they are to their product by how they did not rush (yet still had the fence done in one day after the posts were set!) as well as made sure everything was triple checked before leaving. It also helped that they had the best prices around when we were searching! I'd recommend this team to anyone.

I don’t usually write reviews because I’m a stickler about work being done for me but these guys did an amazing job on my fence and it is perfect !!!! I had many compliments on my fence but hands down this company is full of artist I would most definitely give them 10 stars if I could thanks again

My husband and I were looking for a fencing company earlier this year to replace an original cedar fence (20+ years old). Arrow was the first company we contacted, and after our estimate with Ben, they quickly became our top pick. We cannot speak highly enough of Ben - His attitude, responsiveness, knowledge, and general ease made us comfortable choosing Arrow. Due to COVID, Ben was extremely upfront about the wait time we were looking at for the removal and install. We signed in April and the fence was installed in August. Ben was still in touch with us throughout the wait time, answering questions, sending us updates to our contract, etc. The removal/haul away happened in one day. The actual install (after the post were set for a few days) took 2-days. Again, cannot speak highly enough of Ben, or his guys, who were extremely punctual, kind, and willing to answer any of our questions during the time they were at our house. The quality of the materials Arrow uses is above par, they DO NOT skip corners in the process, and they do a final walk-through at the end of the install to make sure you are happy. If anyone is looking for a fencing company, Arrow is certainly a company to consider. The pictures are of a 6-foot privacy fence with cedar picketing and treated posts/railings.

Arrow Fence did an amazing job installing our chain link fence. We wanted top and bottom rails because we have small dogs and they did it with no issues. The crew was very professional as well.

Arrow Fence of Ohio is AMAZING! I wanted to install a custom slip fence, and I had trouble finding contractors who would quote the whole job or even the labor. Arrow Fence came in competitive on pricing for the labor. Since I had to source materials, work through permitting, and plan around utilities, Ben was very helpful and responsive to work with, and made the process easy. He even bought back the extra cement that couldn't be returned, which was really helpful. The crew that they sent worked diligently and were able to install even through the cold of January. The final product looks better than I had imagined. Really a great company to work with.

Perfect job. Got ourselves a front yard fence and a new back yard fence. Back yard now feels so much more private thanks to arrow fence. They got the work done in the time estimated and was able to clear up some misunderstandings. I tend to be very detailed with my questions when hiring contractors and they sure did deliver on all my asks. I highly recommend. Crew was awesome, communication with Megan and Ben was friendly and open. Thanks so much for all the work.
