Very happy with our dog fence. Guys were great from install to training our dogs. Highly recommend.

I have 6 acres covered by my underground system and 4 dogs that all know the boundaries and do not challenge them. Even if the barrier wire gets cut its an easy fix. Highly satisfied.

very good system, collar reciever and buried wire boundry works very well for us. Dog Watch is very resposive to problems we have at times, line breakage , collar battery etc. Good system good service !

Our golden retriever learned very quickly that there were “lines” he couldn’t cross without being reminded where the limits are. He learned it so well, that now I can’t get him to leave the yard even without his collar.
We’ve been very happy with DogWatch. The time when the line was broken when a neighbor was taking some trees down. The person from DogWatch came out quickly and fixed it.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs to keep animals in an enclosed area. They are professional, super easy to deal with, and very affordable. They are very prompt in resolving any issues or training questions. Jonathan goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy and that his product works as advertised.

We live in the country with a lot of surrounding property, and I honestly did not think they could keep my beagle inside the invisible fence as he likes to run and hunt all the time. Upon expressing my concerns to Jonathan, he assured me that he could contain him if we would just give them 30 days. The beagle did break out of the fence a few times in the first two weeks, but Jonathan immediately would send someone out to work with our dog until he found something that would work. Now, the beagle doesn’t even attempt to try to get out of the fencing.

Jonathan always answers my phone calls or texts at any time day or night and even weekends and always wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied. The technicians/dog trainers that came out to our house were always professional and made sure to address and resolve any concerns. Jonathan would even check in on us to make sure everything was going good with the beagle.

They even respond months after installation. One Saturday late in the afternoon, we noticed that our transmitter was beeping continuously and the fence did not appear to be working. I texted Jonathan, and he had someone to our house within an hour as he didn’t want our animals getting out of the fence. The technician found where we had accidentally cut the wire in half and had it fixed within an hour.

I highly recommend this company. I honestly never write reviews, but this company is top notch and very reliable and honest.

DogWatch did a great job! They were quick to respond via email and turn around time to complete the installation was very fast. I was not home when the installation was completed, but they kept me up-to-date with the progress of the installation. The technician did a great job and I couldn’t even tell where the wire was installed. You can tell that this company and its employees are professionals.

The technician was thorough with explaining to us the system and showed us how to train our 3 dogs to understand the boundary. In addition, they stayed true to their original quote which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using DogWatch!!

Jonathan took over our job from another company, due to a line compatibility issue with my neighbors robot lawnmower. I had emailed him about my issue and within 10 mins, he called me and told me he would be out the next day. That next day, he assured me that he would be able to resolve my issue and a couple hours later, we were up and running.

I had my Dogwatch fence installed over 12 years ago and cannot imagine ever living without it! We have several large dogs and they can be a little rough and tumble at times, but Dogwatch has backed up their guarantee 100%. When one of our receivers quit working they replaced it at no cost, as promised.

The underground wire has broken a few times over the years as the result of careless workman or expanding tree roots, but the times we were able to locate the break ourselves, repairing it was a breeze. And the one time we couldn't locate the break, they were quick to send someone out to find it for us and make the necessary repair.

The batteries and collars are very long-lasting and decently priced. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone interested in an underground fence for their pets!

This company is wonderful. The invisible fence works great, and the customer service is superb. Our line was cut a couple of times from construction next door. The fence was repaired super fast and with ease!

If you need a dog fence look no further than Dog Watch. Chad came out and installed, fitted the equipment, and did the initial training in 3 1/2 hours. He was very efficient and very thorough with the installation along with very informative and helpful when it came to explaining the system and doing the initial training.Absolutely impressed and happy with how everything went.
