We recently checked their offering products and services for fencing solutions. We listed them on our site fencingxpert.com

Called them, the menu is doesn't connect you to anyone that can give you a quote, if you press zero it just sends you right back to the greeting.

I've called three times now over a two month period trying to schedule an estimator to come out. No one has called back.

Not sure what happened with this company. Found it extremely difficult to get someone on the phone within the last couple of months. The last quote was marked up 79% increase per foot from the last quote. This included a 3% credit card charge.

Very poor management. Does not look a business place. It is under renovation. Asked for the quote but did not receive it in 15 days yet. No follow-up from anyone. A fraction of what posted on their website.

I have built courts in The Valley of the Sun for almost two decades and always use Western Fence when it comes to anything fencing. Professional, great communicators, and always leave the job site cleaner than when they came. Nobody else I would use!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. 1st was quoted a price for 3 different options when I got there the quote for less stuff then I was quoted went up in price over 100.00 then was sold items I didn't need and when the guy in the yard told me I didn't need the stuff I was sold for my project I went and returned it the guy who sold me the stuff came out and yelled at the yard guy for telling him I didn't need stuff he had already sold me. SHADY SHADY people never again will I go to this company. customer service is horrible asked to speak with the owner he doesn't have anything to do with his company any more and mgr is unreachable at all times we will see if I get a call back after leaving a message with the rude office people that answer the phones there. If you are looking for fencing skip this company you will spend more money in the long run and frustration.
