Fence Contractor reviews across the US

The fence we had installed yesterday is beautiful!! Steve at The Fence Factory was great to work with. The whole experience from the time of coming out to measure to install was smooth and quick! I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Steve and the group and The Fence Factory were wonderful. From the initial estimate to the final product, it was a great experience. The job was reasonably priced, they squeezed us in when there was a cancellation, they were on time and even worked in the rain to finish the job. I would highly recommend them.

Fence Factory installed my backyard fence. Their pricing was competitive, and the installation was fast and efficient. My job had to be coordinated with work being done by a landscaper. Steve was very accommodating and made it happen on time. Nick did a great job on the installation. Based on my experience, I recommend the Fence Factory.

My experience with Steve and the Fence Factory couldn't have gone better. The whole process was seamless. Steve came out and measured my yard and discussed what options they offered. I received their proposal later that evening. Their price was more than competitive. The lead time was very short, and they installed our fence in one day! The communication throughout the process was very good. Our new fence looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend the Fence Factory to anyone in the market for a new fence.

I was recommended to the Fence Factory by my father in law who had some work done on his pool fencing by the Fence Factory. I had deck railing installed on my two back decks and couldn’t be more pleased. I am remodeling my front porch next spring and will definitely be reaching out to have this company install my railing. Highly recommended!

This company did outstanding work from the very beginning to the end. Chris with Sales was great to work with and I felt trust with him. Steve was great as well overseeing production, along with Matthew and his crew. Just a wondeful experience and very respectful hard working crew. I highly recommend this company. I researched and received bids from 3 companies to complete the work. The Fence Factory came in 2nd in pricing, but it was Chris who gave me the confidence to go with this company. So glad I did. Thank you again Fence Factory LLC.

Great company. I have experience in installing my own fencing. I decided to go with company to save me time, effort. They were polite cordial, and easy going. They didn't haggle me down, and worked with me and my budget. I know fences, they did great. Highly recommend. USE THEM. Blew OTHERS AWAY IN COST.

Jan Fence was a pleasure to work with from proposal to finished product. Our installer, Jackson, and his crew were amazing. They worked well past dark to finish our project on time. Through Jackson's suggestions during installation, our finished fence is even better than we thought it could be. I highly recommend Jan Fence!

I used this company in 2010 thought it was great and again 8/2018. Had a lot of fence installed this time. Was nervous because it’s a big investment.
Best workmanship ever! Worth every penny. Sales Rep Anthony was spot on with recommendations.
The work crew Wes and his men worked in the blazing heat and went above and beyond right to the clean up. They were amazing and I am so pleased. Neighbors have been complimenting the quality and how good it looks and couldn’t believe how these guys worked in the heat and did an amazing job.
Office staff equally as nice ! If anyone has a problem with this company, I would just consider the source.
Thanks to all for a great job well done! Truly an investment well spent!!

From sales to installation, Jan Fence did a great job! Luke was very quick and helpful in answering all of our questions including applying for our town's fence permit. The install crew were professional, efficient and friendly. Wesley, the foreman, asked us questions before doing certain aspects of the job, which we appreciated. He even was able to save a climbing bush attached to the old fence for us to attach to the new one! They left our property clean and free from any debris/garbage and the fence looks amazing! Luke even stopped by to check on his crew and thank us for our business... that's a huge wow and goes a very long way!

We recently had a fence installed by Jan Fence. They did a beautiful job and we would recommend them highly! We were so impressed by their salesman Brian H. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and also the nicest person you’d ever want to meet. It was a pure pleasure to deal with him!

Outstanding work. Had I known how good it would be and at that price I would’ve replaced my fence two years ago. We ran into a couple of minor glitches during installation and our sales person, Eduardo coordinated with the foreman to make sure everything work out perfectly. Extremely satisfied with these guys. Extremely professional. Entire installation done in one day.

Jan Fence was head and shoulders above the rest of the fence companies we spoke to when it came to customer service. Sal was super helpful and responsive at every stage, and the team did a fantastic installation job. We couldn't be happier with our Jan Fence experience!

Can’t say enough about Jann Fence. Luke was very timely and competitive with the quote, he knew exactly what I wanted. Giovanni was very accommodating with install date, rain. irrigation install and landscaper he made it happen. But the best were the installers Jackson and Phillipe. They were precise had great ideas for gate openings and very neat did not even know they were here! I would definitely recommend them!

Well what can I say about my Fence and Bob and the crew. They were amazing everything I want and more from there work ethic to their experience . My fur 🐾🐾 little baby's are so happy with more freedom of the yard .

I had an exceptional experience with Sal who was my representative for Jan Fence. He was friendly, professional and experienced. He delivered my estimate in a timely manner....on the day of installation Armando and his crew also were professional, they paid attention to detail and were careful maneuvering in my garden. This team is a winning team as I am very happy with the results and will use them again....Thank you Sal, Armando and crew....

Excellent service and quality work . Jackson was above cordial and efficient
Very happy with the results . Would definitely recommend.

Excellent company. Great experience from start to finish. Sal from sales came to speak with us about installing fencing on the property soon after we called Jen fence. He was both knowledgeable and personable and the quote he provided was better than other quotes we had received. When I went to the town hall to obtain a permit, the inspector said he was familiar with Jan Fencing and offered that it was both a reliable and stable company. Turnaround time from start to finish was 2 weeks with updates and communication from the office. Armando and his team installed the fencing without issue and the clean up was Immaculate when they left. Sal was present at the beginning of the job and called later to find out how it went. I highly recommend this company. Good ones aren't easy to find.

Exceptional group from Luke, our estimator, to the gentleman who roped off the property day-of to install. Total pro's. You can absolutely trust their expertise, they will try to save you $$ in various responsible ways, not by cutting corners, and they WILL make sure you get the fence and boundary you envision.

This is the second time I use Jan Fence, and they did not disappoint.
My rep Anthony was great to work with the second time. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.
I was traveling on the day of the install and when returned, everything was done exactly as promised.
We had a big yard to cover and Jan’s crew had us from start to finish in one day.
Highly recommended company.
