We are so pleased with the service installation from Lone Star Lightning Protection. They were very professional and provided expert detailed information to us. We had a prior consultation with another company who was not focused on our project. We highly recommend Lone Star Lightning company.

Lonestar Lightning Protection did a great job installing a lightning protection system on my house. They put nearly all of the cabling inside the attic as I requested (as much as they could with my attic having lots of open access) with the air rods being mostly all that is visible on the roof. The installer did an excellent job carefully working through the attic neatly attaching the cables to the rafters. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. Daniel was responsive to email and answered all of my questions. When it came time for the install, the team was on time, professional, and worked safely and efficiently. The best part of all for me is that they treated my yard with respect and you can’t even tell that they buried a steel plate in my yard. Too many times with contractors there is collateral damage, not with Lonestar! Awesome job; we appreciate the peace of mind we now have through each wild TX storm. 100% recommend to others.

First of all this is operated out of a house with no company logo posted anywhere. Called this "company" multiple times to get my fire extinguisher tagged. The girl that picked up the phone told me that they opened at 8, I arrived at 8 and called multiple times with no one picking up. At 8:30, someone finally picked up and said the girl would be in at 9. This place is a joke and a complete waste of time.

These people are very unprofessional I am not certain they are even licensed anymore. The positive review on this site must be from their company and friends. They don't even have a real office.. they are working out of a residential home in which no one is ever there.

They did work for me and I believe because I am a woman they kept increasing the price. The work was never done properly nor did they finish. I would never with these guys again. They will be hearing from me in court and I will file a formal complaint

I was having major issues with my original electrician and had to fire him. I called Ryan at RTN and asked for him to come out look at my job site to finish fire for commercial and 2 apartment 2nd floor. He came quickly to review the site and gave me proposal pretty much same day.

I agreed on proposal and went into work and had to be done early due to permit expiration so he was able to accommodate on that as well.

Work is very professional and he is seeing the job throughout the end to make sure everything is good.

You won't regret your decision with Ryan and RTN if you decide to with them.

I will return my service with them on my next project.

RTN did a great job with our fire inspection. After another company left us hanging last minute, RTN was able to fit us in their schedule for the following week. They were friendly and got the job done smoothly and efficiently. They filed my recertification the same night. I’ll be using them for all of my fire inspections in the future!

Ryan couldn’t answer the phone due to being at another job site, however, he texted with me as I explained my issues to him. I have a residential smoke alarm system and, what seems to be the main detector, keeps beeping. He texted me some instructions to diagnose the issue. It seems my detectors are nearing 10 years old and need to be replaced. He walked me through the process and told me where I could go to get the detectors.

This was completely FREE! I appreciate that so much. It shows that he is truly passionate about his job and isn’t money hungry. He is looking out for his fellow man. Thank you, Ryan!
