Joshua was very professional explaining the repair procedures after diagnosing the defect part. He replaced the part with same brand as I had before. He tested the washer by running it two express cycles to make sure everything was fixed right before leaving. If you need an experienced Technician ask about Joshua.

Henack did a great job. He detected and replaced the Magnetron unit in my microwave today — it’s the 4th repair / visit needed for this appliance in the last 8 months. It has not been easy to pinpoint the root cause of the microwave’s primary issue (not heating properly).

Emanuel, contacted me to ensure his arrival time and was on time as he stated. his work was done timely, professionally and courteous. Good job.

Emmanuel arrived promptly, replaced the water pump of our stacked Kenmore washer, and ran diagnostics, so glad it is working again. After 8 years this washer has had only 2 problems, seems to me it is a good record.

Technician was very thorough and made sure we were satisfied. When the water filter was wrong one, he showed how to it a new one in and quickly resolved our issues.

Excellent service! Seth arrived on time and completed all required maintenance of our appliances in a very professional manner. He then took the extra time to help us understand information about available maintenance programs. Really appreciate!

He was very helpful in assessing my refrigerator, updating its control board, cleaning the coils and helping me understand how the auto-defrost function affects the temperature cycle.

The tech was quite late in arriving but spent the time needed to verify that our leak was NOT coming from the dishwasher as we had assumed. Very polite and professional, explained everything well to me. But did not do any repairs because they could not determine the source of the water.

Victor was quite the efficient repairman performing the service in a very short time.

My technician was wonderful......the scheduling was absolutely awful. I have been dealing with this July 6th when I called about my refrigerator/compressor. Waited for part to arrive and the new one was delivered. After the new one was installed, it lasted 4 days. Lost more food and the new compressor delayed because the man said he was going to pick it up personally. You always want to know IF the part is delivered before someone comes over. I was told he would pick it up but there is no feature to tell anyone that's what the case. Sometimes you just need to pick up the phone to get the situation made right. Still not well because of this mess up.

Ivan was our repair person for our wash machine. He was on time, and did a good job of repairing our wash machine that had needed repair since December, but Sears had trouble getting all the parts needed!
Ivan came in and did a great job of repairing the washer, and even proved to me that everything was working properly by starting a small load to prove the adgitater worked, and the spin cycle worked. He left a neat clean area, and even took the large boxes with the worn out parts in them out to our trash pick up area.

Emmanuel was very courteous, friendly, polite. Did a good job, hopefully does not leak anymore. Well soon find out when use.
Despite the length of time to do job, Emmanuel was persistent in completely, which appreciated, since wanted same, for washer to be repaired and hopefully is now.

He was punctual and kind. I am disappointed he couldn't do the job, after Cinch Insurance told me Sears Appliances works with a/c ducts. Not his fault he came and check the problem anyway.

I like the service I received from Paul B. today. He treated my furnace better than the other techs in the past. I have a UV light and the past techs would not clean the inside because they said the UV light takes care of all that. I liked how Paul opened the inside and at least made sure it was cleaning properly. I would like for him to be my regular tech, if possible.

Mr Henack was very efficient at solving the problem with our refrigerator. He is very amicable and professional. His area of work was was clean and he left it clean. He also took the time to show us what the problem was. We were very pleased with his work.
