I just got off the phone with a dear lady named Serina who works in flooring. I had several questions regarding the cost of installation, etc. Since she was finishing up with another customer, she told me if I didn't mind waiting, she would help me with all my questions. After only a 5 minute wait, she was back to me and SPENT 45 MINUTES WITH ME researching and suggesting possibiities as we both sat at our computers while on the phone with each other. WOW!! Granted, it had been a horrible rainy night and the store was dead, but she didn't HAVE to do that. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Horrible customer service. Asked for help finding a bolt. Employee sent me to the wrong section. Asked a second time, and the same employee was no help. I found the bolt on my own. However, they did not have the matching nut. Amazon for the win.
