Reviews of local pros in Altamonte Springs, Florida

Excellent Job! The neighbors came over to compliment how nice the roof looked, like new! On-time and professional. I will use them again. Last 2 pics are before

3LM provided excellent service and quality work as advertised. They were prompt, communicative and on time. Our home looks great and the roof looks like new! We would definitely recommend the service of 3LM Roof Cleaning & Exterior Pressure Washing.

I'm so glad I found 3LM several years ago. I never consider using anyone else, for the services they provide. They are a top notch company that takes pride in doing the job right!

3LM did a great professional cleaning on my difficult roof and home.
Each step was quick and easy, from the estimate to the price and scheduling. They were quick to reply and easy to communicate with throughout the process.
My roof is high and steep so I was happy they came prepared, experienced, recommended... and insured.

Prompt response to request for quote. Scheduled next day and coordinated arrival time with good communication. Excellent job covering hedges and washing down the walls as chemicals were applied to the roof. Great work for a very reasonable price.

3LM Roof Cleaning was great, brought their own equipment and cleaning supplies, and In time. Left my roof sparkling cleaned. Pete was attentive and highly recommended!

Pete and his crew did a amazing job cleaning my tiled roof. Looks like brand new now as the day it was first installed. Definitely recommend overall, they protected my plants and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

I will say that the roof and the solar panels are clean. I thought I did my due diligence in hiring a company that has good reviews. Maybe I'm the only one who has dead grass or damaged plants or trees.

The one star is for the damage that was left. There's a lot of dead grass at the back corner of my house. Even large dead circle, that looks like maybe something was placed there during the job. The grass will grow back.

The damage to my palm tree, however, will take at least a year and a half to grow out. I had just trimmed any fronds with yellow. The damage on the fronds is high and could have been avoided.

It's very frustrating to me, since the only reason I had the roof cleaned is because I care about how the property looks, and now all I see when I drive up to my house is the palm damage.

I won't use 3LM again or recommend them.

Ray and Team were able to come earlier than planned due to a cancellation and walked through the property and tasks to be done. Plants around the house were covered and now our roof, driveway, walk-way, and curb look great. Ray and his Team were great to work with, very professional, competitive price, and thorough in their work. We will definitely have you out again! Thank you!!

They gave me a fantastic price so I was worried it was going to be a rush job. They came out and did an absolute amazing job on the roof and took great care to ensure that my grass and bushes were not harmed in the process. They applied a neutralizer to the downspouts to keep the bleach from killing the grass, and they continually hosed off all the vegetation around my house as they clean the roof. It comes with a great warranty and they will clean your roof a second time within the warranty. If you want for half the price. I will definitely use them again.

Great people! First class service!!!

Great cleaning company, experienced cleaning staff and very professional management. I would definitely recommend them!

Got a ton of drywall dust and sawdust floating around after our renovations, so figured it was time for some duct cleaning. They came out, did a full system clean, and now I’m not worried about the HVAC blowing that mess around anymore. Over here in Longwood, it’s nice to finally have fresh air again.

I was dealing with a drafty gap that was letting in both cold air and bugs (yeah, not fun) over here in Leisureville. Gave them a call for same-day help, and they came through fast to replace the weather stripping. Super friendly crew, and now my door seals up snugly without any annoying drafts or creepy crawlies getting in.
