Tree reviews in Altamonte Springs, Florida

We have exclusively used Mike and his crew for the past several years. Mike always takes the time to explain why certain parts of a tree should or should not be cut when I make a request, which I really appreciate. His crew is very professional, completes the job efficiently, and leaves the property so clean it looks like no one was ever there.

Michael and his team were top notch! My tree was a mess! Hanging over the roof over the nature path and swimming pool. They trimmed it up beautiful, cleaned up the ground so well you’d never know they were there. The guys were friendly, presented themselves professionally and I couldn’t be happier with the service!!!

Very difficult job with removal of huge palm trees over a pool. Excellent communication and followup. It was done professionally, great communication and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I've been using Word of Mouth for years and they have always been incredibly professional and responsive. Highly recommended!!!

Austin and his team were impeccable - I even had neighbors taking videos of their work. Austin’s communication prior to the job was great, so it was no surprise to me that the job went flawlessly. Would highly recommend

Austin educated me about the trees on my property before quoting services. His follow up and then the work done by Justin & team met or exceeded my expectations. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service.

Highly recommend Word of Mouth. Did a great job, cutting pine trees down & removing all debris, highly skilled, professional and friendly, along with quality work ethics.

We highly recommend Word of Mouth Tree Service. The entire process is very professional. They listen to the customer and communicate thoroughly during the tree service. The employees are respectful, hard working, and polite as well as VERY knowledgeable. Left the sight very clean as well. Excellent !!

I had an excellent and very positive customer service experience working with Austin, Justin and their Crew that completed tree trimming service on our home property in a very timely, meticulous, and professional manner. I highly recommend working with "Word of Mouth Tree Service Team" without any reservation.

You are going to get what you pay for. They may have certified arborist on the team but they are probably the owner that don't do the work. They left stub cuts and injured the branches with the extended chainsaw. As a certified arborist myself I am not impressed. The pictures only scratch the surface

Word of Mouth Tree Service has done work for me several times over the years. They have always done a great job! Very professional, courteous and everyone on site works the entire time. Prices are the best I've found for the services provided.

We have used Word of Miuth for several years now. These guys are awesome. Always show up at the appointment time from estimate to completing the approved work. Always get the work done as approved and clean up everything.
Won’t use another tree company ever!!!
Thanks again for years of satisfied service

We have used Word of mouth tree Service for many many years. They are dependable, knowledgeable about the trees, respectful of our property, and always complete a project to our total satisfaction.

Excellent work. Arrived on time per schedule. Confirmed scope of work, but were flexible in including a couple of extra small requests. Knowledgeable in advising trimming for health of the trees. Confirmed completion and satisfaction with a final walk around - and very attentive to the cleanup - including using a leaf blower to clear leaf debris from the roof and pool screen. Quote was reasonable with other companies. Would recommend without hesitation.

Word of Mouth Tree Service is great. I’ve hired these guys for several big tree removal jobs now, and they consistently deliver. Professional, safe, top-notch work for a great price. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks Austin and team!

I believe they did a great job in past December. That is the reason I gave two stars. They piled up all the mulch and it seems everything is under have been taken care. However, after a month of their service I noticed there are still big stumps above the ground. I called them and they came to grind those. Recently, I was planting a fruit tree and I noticed another huge stump and it was not in the very deep maybe an inch below ground as you will see from the pictures. I asked them again but now they are asking $200 extra to take care of it. I should not but offered them to pay their travel/gas expense to make it fair for them but no response. This huge stump is still staying on my backyard.

Update: After my review, they came to take a look and took care of it. They deserved 5 stars now. Thank you.

Austin and his crew were terrific. Arrived as scheduled, did excellent work, and cleaned up very well. I couldn't ask for anything more. I highly recommend Word of Mouth Tree Service.

I can’t say enough about Word of Mouth Tree Service, Perry and the rest of the company.. We have been doing business with them since we bought our home 26 years ago. Always responsive, fair price and honest. They help us save our trees rather than cut them down. If you are looking for a skilled arborist who will help you manage your trees and keep them healthy give them a call.

Austin and the team are amazing!! They did a fantastic job removing 4 large trees! Prompt and professional!

I highly recommend this company. The crew works like a fine-tuned machine. Came in took a tree and 2 large shrubs out, and you can't even tell they were here. Reasonably priced. Get a quote before you consider someone else.

Great company to work with. Responsive, listened to our needs, communicated well the day of, and did an excellent job trimming and cleaning our large white bird of paradise plant. They removed 4+ 20ft stalks and cleaned the undergrowth.
