I’m so relieved i called Enchanted Air! They were quick to get me scheduled on a day that worked for me. They came out and were professional and friendly and found the issue quickly! They fixed the issue in a timely manner and were in and out in no time and i thought they charged a fair price. I highly recommend!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this company and Josh our extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable technician. He came out as a last minute request when our heat and air were not working. Thinking our unit was in need of replacement, we received 2 quotes and opinions from 2 other companies. We went from hearing the cost of having air conditioning in our house would be between $9K and $11k to learning our existing unit was still good to go with less dramatic repairs costing way less than one thousand dollars. And that included extensive cleaning and troubleshooting by Josh on the same day! Why? Because he continues to uphold the belief that “it was the right thing to do”!!
If more companies had the integrity of Enchanted Air, and the superior technician Josh, we wouldn’t be in panic mode when our critical utilities were not working. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend this tech and his company.

Enchanted Air offers a quick and reliable service. Our air conditioner went out Sunday night and they were able to get to us first thing Monday morning. They had the parts on hand and everything was up and running within an hour. We were so impressed with their service we purchased a year-long cleaning contract with them. In their first visit, they arrived on-time and finished in the estimated amount of time. Immediately after the cleaning maintenance, everything in the home smells fresh and clean. Highly recommend.

Josh showed up on a Sunday. A Sunday! Friendly, personable, very knowledgeable! Had needed part to get the AC going in his truck. Very thorough, tested and re-tested to be sure it was working properly before he left. Customer service was top notch! Highly recommend Enchanted Air LLC.

Josh and his son did a fantastic job. We just got this house and knew the A/C was old, but I guess our home inspector wasn't as thorough as he should have been. Josh explained my options, and the pros and cons of each, thorough documenting each issue and explaining it in a way we could easily understand.

A few weeks before I was scheduled to have the system replaced, it died completely. I texted Josh (too late at night, sorry Josh), let him know what was going on, and he told me he would figure something out. The NEXT DAY I had a working unit, and the day after he stopped by to put the finishing touches on the job. Incredible customer service from a stand-up guy and his son. Thank you both! Josh is very personable, he won’t try to upsell you or take advantage. He’s very honest with what you need or don’t need. With me he came out after another company told me I needed a service, not only did I not need the service they stated, he found the real problem and fixed it promptly. Great customer service at a reasonable price. He’s my go to from now on.

Great company with outstanding customer service. The owner, Josh, came to my house to tune up my AC system. He spent two hours cleaning and checking everything while explaining in detail what he was doing. His prices are very reasonable, and he arrived on time. I will definitely continue to use this company for all my AC needs and will recommend him to friends and family.

Josh was great. He came out a month ago after my ac stopped working. Diagnosed it real quick, ended up being the whole unit outside. But he was able to get a new one ordered and installed within just a few days! Very polite, very professional and recommend to anybody looking to have a/c repair done.
