Heather needs to work on her professionalism because the ways she responds to customers is very unprofessional and disgusting. My parents will not be needing their service anymore.

We had 3 things needing to be fixed. A loose kitchen faucet, a leaking toilet and bathroom faucet that is leaking. This plumber fixes the kitchen faucet but leaves behind all this smelly, goo stuff and doesn't clean it up. He gets called away on an " Emergency", comes back all flustered. Then he patches up our toilet and runs out of time to fix the bathroom faucet. He was supposed to be here today between 2pm and 5pm. The toilet is still leaking. Never calls us.Even the office has a I don't care attitude. We are Soo not happy with this company and will be finding a better plumber.

They installed my water softener. Friendly, on time and cleaned up area when finished.
He explained how it works and how I should maintain it.
Would use their services again!

The serviceman did not do what was to be done per work order. Guaranteed we would have hot water. Water heater still not working.
Requested cash for what he did. Paid him by card.
Sent him off.

I called Dave Turner Plumbing with an emergency problem late in the morning. They were very responsive on the phone and were able to schedule a technician visit in a very short period of time. Once Phillip arrived and diagnosed the situation he immediately went to work to repair the problem. Very friendly, very helpful, very professional. I recommend this service organization, the folks who answered the phone and Phillip, without reservation.

Disabled vet. No hot water. Called Dave Turner Plumbing. Arrived in 20 minutes. "Jack" fixed my problem with the water heater, explained everything. Finished in about 2 hours. Professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend.

I had a leak in the underground water pipe caused by roots from an oak tree. Dave Turner Plumbing came out on a Monday to review and fixed it on Thursday. They were very responsive and very cost effective. Greatly appreciated. I will use them for other services.

Phil arrived on-time and did a fantastic job! He was able to get the parts quickly and installed them correctly and timely. Kept the area clean. He was professional and courteous. I was so impressed, I phoned back to hire them for another plumbing job. Kudos to Heather to, who was able to get our service call done promptly and professionally. Way to go Dave Turner Plumbing!

I want to rate this company with a zero.
I paid $125 for tech to spend 17 minutes in my home to tell me the bathroom sink faucet handle needed a part. Then someone named Heather played games with me for 2 weeks, and never got the part in. I don’t think it was ever ordered. Not a good experience!

Excellent service, great staff. I had a plumbing emergency. Dave Turner Plumbing responded in a couple hours, fixed the problem and was reasonably priced. Will always use them.

Called this outfit to install a water filter. No "presite visit fee", no games.
Installed the water filter in no time with a reasonable per hour charge UP FRONT. Don't fall for the local plumbers that charge you money just for the privilage of quoting you a job.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Heather, in the office, was more than kind and respectful. She communicated perfectly and truly listened to my information about what was going on, and why I needed their services. She was upfront about their rates, which I appreciated greatly. The plumber they sent, Rob, treated me with the same respect and kindness. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and got the job done in a timely manner.

I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

We had a Rheem Hot Water unit that failed. After multiple calls with Rheem Customer service that would NOT honor their warranty. we called Dave who is certified dealer. 180 degrees difference, unit covered and installed today. 5*++
