Great experience with Charter Electric having outlet work done. On time and very polite

Charter Electric will be my go to for all electrical needs. They were fair, they were honest, they went above and beyond to fix the many electrical issues I had with my home. Also, the technician Estevan was absolutely awesome!!! He was so respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall just awesome. Will continue to use them for any future electrical needs.

Kevin was superb, great work, very pleased, you need more Kevin's on your payroll. Even the office gal was great to work with. I took a chance line to find an electrician to trust, I amazed myself in my search. Will use your company again and highly recommend you. I am delighted with the results. Kevin did an excellent job replacing our outdated electrical panel with a bigger more up to date one. He worked diligently to label the panel and respected our property. He was very kind and courteous. We would recommend him to friends who are in need of electrical work and will call Charter should we need electrical work again.

I called on Monday to schedule an appointment and was able to get one for Tuesday between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. However, the technician texted me at 2:20 PM stating that he would not be able to come for my service appointment and asked if I could reschedule for tomorrow. I replied that I could not, as I had already taken off work for the Tuesday appointment. I then called Angel, who made my appointment. She advised me to text the service manager, Scott. I have texted him but have not received a reply yet.

I recently had Charter Electric provide me with installing an electrical outlet, transformers and complete wiring for our landscape lighting system at our home. Pricing was very fair, and Kevin and Louis completed the job quickly, professionally and courteously. 7/11/2025. Electrician KEVIN, was very professional. He explained the entire process of the generator interlock system for the house. After the interlock installation, He showed me the step by step method of hooking up the generator to the electric panel of the house. We marked each circuit breaker I can run with the portable generator. It was more than I imagined. I can have piece of mind knowing I will have power during a hurricane. Thanks KEVIN and thanks Charter Electric.

Arrived on time on Thursday pm.Diagnosis fast and efficient on very confusing and old electric circut. Plotted out a plan to fix my problem on Saturday. I am confident Kevin will resolve my issue promptly. My mini split lies dormant now and expecting 90 degree days, it's very important we get electric to the unit. Stay tuned..?ttfn
