BEST service ALWAYS! I always get a complete cleaning and inspection of not only the chemicals but the parts. Micah always gives a “heads up” when something is going to need to be replaced soon so you can budget. He always finds the best deals for us on parts. Every week we receive the date/time/chemical levels/chemicals added/photo of the pool. Couldn’t ask for more!

I have used two other pool services in the last few years and find Neighborhood Pool Guys to be deserving a five-star review. Great communication, competitive rates with outstanding service. I always inspect my pool for proper cleaning each week. I also test the water myself and never found any inaccurate reporting of water quality. I am a satisfied customer and recommend this service company.

Hired Micah / Neighborhood Pool Guys on for our brand new pool. During first 30 days, he came over to brush walls daily as required for new pools while I was away on travel. Great company! We just bought our first home with a pool a few months ago, so we were clueless how to care for it, what to do, when to do it, etc. A neighbor recommended Neighborhood Pool Guys, so we called and asked for a quote. But instead of giving us a price over the phone, they said they would need to see the pool first to give an accurate quote. Everyone else we called just gave us a one-price-fits-all quote over the phone. We were also impressed that the owner (Micah) came out himself to scope the pool and give the quote personally. He gave us a lot of free tips and great information how to care for the pool. He even said he would show us how we could do it ourselves if we didn't want to hire a pool company to service the pool. Wow! This was definitely not the salesy pitch we expected. Micah is a down to earth guy, and we could tell that he has a passion for his business. Plus, his quote was the lowest of all the pool companies we called! It has been a few months now, and they're doing an amazing job keeping the pool looking A+. Fernando (also super nice) is our regular cleaning guy, but Micah stops by regularly to inspect as well. I can't say enough great things about this company. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a hard time finding a reliable, great pool technician, so I’m really glad I came across Micah’s information online. He checked my pool and the issue I was having with the pump, and he was quick and thorough. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful throughout the process. Howard and the crew were very professional and efficient. My place looks better than new due to the fact that Southshore Cleaning was able to do what the contractor couldn’t and lift up all the grout residue and make the place sparkle. I would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.

In fact, quicker than I even expected for them to complete the task at hand. Secondly, they were extremely professional. Bruce was very precise in providing step by step details on what their plans were regarding servicing our home. And most importantly, they both were adamant about ensuring quality customer service with ensuring that we didn't have further questions before they departed but also advising that if concerns arose even after they left that it's okay to reach out to them and they can fulfill whatever needs or questions that we might have had. I purchased a new home and had Southshore Cleaning and Supply clean my bedroom carpets, as well as the tile throughout the house. The carpets were in pretty bad shape, and they told me ahead of time, that they probably won't come out perfect. They did a great job and the carpets came out better than expected. The tile came out excellent! I would highly recommend them.

Todd replied to my text promptly- picked up my area rug immediately and had it ready in 2 days. His price was excellent and his service was flawless. I will use him again. Very thrilled to find his company.
