Reviews of local pros in Apollo Beach, Florida

These guys are class act superstars. Can't say enough about Joe, Zach and Tim. They will take the time to explain the details and go over everything with you. We've used them for water softener install (new). Hot water tank (new). Multiple plumbing repairs. The service, respect and effective communication is top notch. Customer for life here! If you need ANY plumbing service in the apollo beach area, paradise bay is hands down your go to team!! Keep up the stellar work and GOD bless!

Would definitely recommend this company. Great communication and quickly assessed the issue and completed repair. Very pleased with the services provided!

Joe has completed multiple jobs at our home and this is the latest. He's always a pleasure to be around and treats his customers they way they should be treated. He's a great guy! Quality work, great prices! Thank you for another job excellently done. The water tastes and feels great! I recommend Joe and Paradise Bay Plumbing to everyone in the Tampa Bay area. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Joe.

Entire team at Paradise Bay Plumbing was professional, great communicators, on time, use the latest in digital technology and have a great attitude about what they do and whom they serve. Highly recommend them.

Tim was very informative about my plumbing concerns. He was helpful in recommending products I can use so I can avoid future issues. Service was spot on. Lil overpriced for service I requested.

Called paradise for the first time with an emergency repair. Tim was sent and made the repair. Very timely response as I had to turn off the water to the home until the repair was made. Very pleased with the service. Don’t understand the need for a booking fee even if you use paradise for the work. Otherwise I’d use them in the future.

Want to thank Joe and the team at Paradise Plumbing for all their help with our most recent home projects. We have used their services on several other occasions and have always been 100% satisfied. Therefore there was no hesitation to contact Joe for our latest home improvement needs for the installation of all plumbing aspects for our outdoor kitchen and the addition of a shower/bathroom to our new pool/lanai area. He ran all plumbing and sewer lines prior and once the kitchen was installed returned to install fixtures, hook up all lines and make sure everything was working properly. He returned again to complete all aspects of our outdoor bathroom to install a shower, utility sink and toilet.
Always professional, shows up when expected and is fantastic with communication and is a great problem solver! We had many different contractors and service providers with this project and Paradise Plumbing is the ONLY one that went as expected with no hassles or unexpected issues!
Highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs!

Our hot water tank went out last night and I sent a message to Paradise Plumbing and they responded right away and said they could have someone come out today. Zac called me when he was on his way and when he showed up he found that the tank was still under warranty. He made some calls and was able to get a new tank at no charge. Here’s the best thing… my son is in the hospital in ICU and they called and needed me to get to the hospital right away. I gave Zac my credit card and said do what you need to do and I left for the hospital. I had no choice but to trust him to do the right thing and he did. He fixed everything as promised and left my credit card on the shelf. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have a company you can trust when you really need them. They are the real deal and a true blessing to our community.

Paradise bay plumbing showed up and got the job done very quickly and was very thorough to explain everything. I had a question the next day and they didn’t hesitate and sent someone over right away to help me out. Great company and highly recommend them to anyone needing a hot water heater or water softener.

We absolutely love Paradise Bay Pluming!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, nice and punctual. Joe and the entire crew are amazing. We were cleaning our water filter and the main seal busted…. Then the shut off valve busted…. We called Paradise Bay and Joe did not hesitate to come to the rescue!!! We ended up upgrading to this fabulous system for water softener and filter!! We also added a Moen flow sensor that senses leaks and excess water usage (great for teenagers lol) Thank you so much!!! We super appreciate you and your business!!!!

Dealing with Joe and his team was a wonderful experience! They were honest & fair, made sure I understood the scope of work, answered all my questions and didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't need. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do, I won't hesitate to call!

Great service. Technician was here within the time frame quoted. Completed the repair in under an hour. Explained cost and repair up front. Respectful to home. I would recommend paradise bay to everyone!

Fast response. Great communication. We spent the weekend DIY installed two toilets. Then called Paradise to get them working properly lol.
While Paradise had done a couple of jobs I got a quote from another company. Dropped my jaw. They wanted $1000 to just reseat the toilets. Paradise did both and installed new valves for the price quoted by the other company.
While I know we are paying for their expertise to have this company come out quickly, do the job well - with a 90 day guarantee, I will call no other. Paradise loyal!!!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend!
