Shaun and Kalvin did a terrific job on our tile. It looks brand new we had no idea how badly it needed cleaned. They were friendly, professional and very tidy. We will def use your service again and will request Shaun and Kalvin. I wish we took a before pic.

The men did a great job. There are areas where the grout lines did not come up as well as expected but the tiles look great. The leg of the table got cracked also

The team that came to clean my air ducts were awesome. They cleaned up after themselves after each vent was cleaner. Rafael was informative telling me what was going to happen before they started the work. Well done!

We started off rough with stanley steamer with appraisals, i had several over there to give me an appraisal.I was not impressed with that being said... The last crew, joshua and ronnie are the type of people that do it right?The first time they have good communication skills with the customer.I was very pleased with the job they had to do.The tiles were dirty from a renovation. We found a way to work it out.And they did a beautiful job.And sealed the grout. Very pleased ask for joshua and ronnie to do your job and it'll be done right.. This is an update for a travertine cleaning service received on 11/20/2025: 2 stars
The travertine cleaning / sealing was timely, and I felt fortunate to get scheduled in quickly before holiday. The reps were friendly and professional. I now have buyers remorse after seeing the dried results and receiving specialty stone cleaning quotes. I feel that I was not only overcharged for simple clean & seal, but the work was sub par. There are missed spots and the sealant shows bush marks everywhere. The competitors had already inspected and measured my floors a couple days earlier, but the quotes were delayed. I now wish I had waited to see the other quotes. While they were cleaning, I asked for a price on just restoring my foyer. restoration in my foyer through SS. It is an area of approx 77 sq ft and I was told that it would cost around 2000.00, for restoration of that one small space! I received a quote from a stone specialist to clean, restore and seal my foyer, entire kitchen and nook, half bath and laundry room, as well as the master bathroom including shower, and even the second bath and shower —- for under 2500.00. I learned my lesson. SS is good for upholstry and carpet but I do not recommend for stone / travertine.

Original service review for upholstery cleaning. The stars were aligned on this excellent upholstery cleaning service! We were so happy to receive such prompt, professional and friendly service. Gary and Chase did an excellent job of erasing years of wear and dirt from our 20+ year old leather furniture, and a couple of even older microfiber recliners. They never made us feel embarrassed for neglecting a professional cleaning for so long. The pet scratched leather has new life and looks fantastic! Goal on the recliners was to get clean enough for covers. They indeed are clean, but also much to our surprise, they exceed our expectations in appearances after drying as well! Stanley Steamer, you’ve earned our trust. From dispatch through completion of the job, your service and quality was 5 star. Thank you!

Great service on quick notice. The gentlemen who came were professional and to the point. However I think for the company to be charging $400 for only a sectional sofa to be cleaned and sanitized is insane. I did tip my service men though and appreciate their time.

****** Update: 24 hours later the couch still smells like dog urine. If it was cleaned properly I shouldn’t be seeing the actual urine still come up when I spray and wipe with my hand. Poor job. They are coming back out tomorrow to treat it again for free.

The Stanley Steamer crew was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and explanatory. They took their time but were also efficient, and obviously knew what they were doing. The appointment time was prompt, they cleaned up very well afterwards, and overall did a fantastic job!!! I am very thrilled with the Professional Service we got from the Stanley Steemer Vent and Duct service.

I highly recommend Stanley Steamer. Booking online was super easy and the technicians showed up when they said they would. Mark and Paul were courteous and professional during the cleaning. They explained the process and had me check the cleaning during and after. 10 out of 10 in my opinion!!

Rafael and Edwin did a wonderful job! Rafael explained everything in detail before they started anything. Very professional! Quick and very thorough! I was recommended by Real Property Management, Inc to use their cleaning services to help clean my house. The technician did not complete the job and were told to come back and finish the job. The technician also used some chemicals that made it smell and there were stains that were not there previously. The owner of the property also did not approve of their work. This company charged me over $587.00 to do work on a two-story townhome. Please stay away from this company. They are not accredited by the BBB of CFL and do not have references on their website to legitimize the quality of their work.

This company is A+. I have worked with them for over 15 years and they have never disappointed me or our company. Joyce has always been a pleasure to work with. Aldo you and your team are top notch!

We have been working with the Carpet Valle team for a few years now. We use their carpet cleaning, carpet repair and odor removal services. They are easy to reach and provide quality services. It has been a pleasure working with their team.

TL;DR- They have terrible customer service and tried to tell me that their bug infested equipment wasnt bug infested 🙄
I would give 0 stars if I could. The gentleman that came to get water out of my carpet was fairly nice although he couldn't really answer our questions because he didnt really understand us(not a huge deal, he did his best.) He told us that he would bring blowers the next day to dry the carpet, and that it would only take 10-20 minutes. We were not home when he came by and when I got home at 10pm there were 2 blowers and a giant dehumidifier (which was never mentioned to us) set up in my house running my electricity for god knows how long. The dehumidifier was utterly infested with cockroaches so I took it outside immediately. When I contacted carpet valle and told them that I did not ever agree to be responsible for their equipment overnight and that they needed to come get it I was told it was too late and no one could come out. Fine, but the dehumidifier had to stay outside which they didnt seem happy about. Then they forgot their blowers and took 2 days to come get them. When I called them back to inquire about the blowers being picked up, the man on the phone told me that he didnt see any bugs so they must be gone. At this point I'm sick of such absolutely awful service and completely baffled that I have to explain that the bugs came out when the machine was running, so he should try turning it on. Did I mention that they park in handicap spaces all the time in the complex?

I highly recommend Carpet Valle. The Carpet Technician, Wilson who came to my home today, was very professional, courteous, and thorough in cleaning the carpet. He went above and beyond as a Customer Service Professional. I really appreciate that kind of service.

What a unbelievable value and top-notch cleaning service. I entrust Carpet Valle with my home residence and my Real Estate Broker, RE/MAX Town Centre uses them as a preferred vendor for over 400 rental properties throughout central Florida. These guys are the best hands down!

Had 2 gentlemen come do carpet cleaning on my unit. One word, AMAZING! I never seen my carpet look and smell this clean. They took their time and made sure they got every corner. My apartment managment used to use a different company and they were horrible. I’m so glad they made the switch to carpet Valle. Def will keep using them to keep my carpet looking fresh.

The staff is nice but my carpet was cleaned once on Wednesday but was dirtier the next day like he just spread the dirt around! Supervisor came Thursday to re clean And it dried and is still dirty! My carpet is 3 years old and am very frustrated! Asked for at least a partial refund with no reply.

They picked up my area rugs late. I had 22 by threes and one 2 x 7 runner, and one 7 ‘10“ x 10‘2” area run that didn’t get cleaned. I bought a Bissell Crosswave and cleaned 1/2 of it myself. I have left a couple of photos of the messy stuff I cleaned up after they cleaned it. I called them and ask for a refund of $72 that they charged me to clean it, but they wanted to send a man out to inspect it.
I just didn’t think I should fall for getting into an argument and still not getting a $72 refund. I have other rugs that I was willing to have them clean if they did a good job, but no! I’m not having. Being a senior citizen of 70 years, especially being on a fixed income, your behavior in this matter is deplorable, and dishonest.
RESPONSE: If what you say is true, then there should not have been visible debris on the rug when your employee laid it down p my floor. This area rug is hardly five years old, and vacuumed several times per week. You should be convinced of your failure to actually clean my area rug by looking at the photos. I do have witnesses. There is no argument here or misconception, just a failure to clean the area rug, and charge me before it was delivered and inspected. And, to be sure I will not call for your service ever again!

Have used them a few times but never again. First of all they were late and no phone call to advise. In this particular case I drove an hour to meet them and had to call them to find out why they not on time. Then when they did arrive the price went up from when they did the same house and the same areas a month ago. Talked to supervisor and very uncooperative and blamed it on a former employee not charging me correctly. Yea right! That's what I do in my business is put the blame on someone else. Hey dude this is your business not the employees business. Just a bad experience and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they did finally clean it ok. But not the way to handle customers so no more.
