Nick was absolutely brilliant! I had no clue what to do because my AC unit is only 2 yrs old but it wasn’t cooling. He talked me through everything, cleaned my drains and gave me advice for future care. He then set me up on the maintenance plan that is only $18 a month. That really helps me not have to stress my unit for a long time to come. Thank you so much Nick. Next service call in Palm Coast, come by KFC, and lunch is on me. 🍗🍟🥤 Thanks again!

A month or so ago Nick came out to give me an estimate to replace an air handler. Originally I just wanted to fix it because I planned to sell the house, but after dealing with 3 companies before Rooster's that had no intention of figuring out the actual problem, I had given up on that and just wanted a replacement estimate. To my surprise, he actually found the issue, which actually ended up being the 3 year old condenser, the one thing I was assured but everyone else that wasn't causing the problem.
If I was not moving out of the area, they would be my go to a/c company, and I will be sure to pass their info along to the next owners.
