Amazon tree care

I reached out to different tree care companies, and decided to hire Amazon Tree Care because I felt his price was fair for the work that needed to be done. The owner, Manny was the one who came by to provide me with the estimate and assess what needed to be done. I ended up adding two other trees that I wasn’t planning on trimming but based on his suggestions I added those to the project. We agreed that he will be at the house the next day to complete the work arriving between 8:30 and 9:00 am. At 9:40 he called to let me know that he was running a bit late, to which I said that we agreed on him arriving between 8:30 and 9, but he insisted that he didn’t say that. At that point I said you are already late even if you said 9:30 am and I am now gone from the house to which he said no problem as long as I have access, and I said not to the back of the house but you can get started with the two trees in the front until I get there (there is no controlled access or gates to access the trees in front of the house). I explained that I had left to go for a run but that I was going to be back shortly. When I arrived to the house by 10:12 am, Manny still had not arrived to the house. I called him and told him that I wasn’t feeling comfortable with his unreliability and lack of respect of time and that I was going to cancel the job, to which he said “ok”.

As for the quality of his work, I can’t say anything, but for the quality of conducting business, I don’t recommend him.

Had a huge dead tree in my backyard that was already dropping dangerous size limbs in strong winds that desperately needed to come down without smashing my new fence. Manny and his crew took it down safely and had the place cleaned up even faster than expected at a great price. Highly recommend. Thank you Amazon Tree Care!
