Scam Warning – No Unit After 3 Years
I signed a contract in November 2022 and paid a $48,000 down payment after being pressured to commit before Thanksgiving. I was promised a 3–4 month turnaround. Three years later, I have nothing. The sales rep blocked my number. Hakan Senaltan, the owner, stopped responding convinced this company stole over $50,000 from me. DO NOT buy from them. -

$52K Held Hostage – Stay Away
I paid a $52,000+ down payment over 2.5 years ago and even paused my Airbnb at their request to prepare for installation. Nothing happened — no unit, no refund, no updates. The original sales agent vanished, and Hakan Senaltan, the owner, completely stopped responding. They’ve been holding my $52,000 hostage. This is a total scam — stay far away. -

Fake Promises, Real Losses — Scam Alert
I made a down payment of over $55,000 nearly 3 years ago after being pressured to “act quickly” to secure my unit. The sales rep pushed me to pay for unnecessary surveys, then blocked my phone number. Once Hakan Senaltan, the owner, received my payment, all calls and emails went unanswered. Today, 3 years later... No unit. No refund. Hakan Senaltan has taken over $55,000 from me. Total scam — avoid at all costs.
