Do not use their services! I’ am extremely disappointed with Puff Cleaning. I had arranged a cleaning for today with the dispatcher and provided all the details of the work needed. Two cleaners arrived, barely speaking English. After I showed them half of the tasks, they got scared, called their company, and lied, saying they were at the wrong address by mistake. When I called the dispatcher, she said the job was too large for the quoted price. I agreed to pay the amount they requested, but they still refused to come back. I was left without the cleaning I was promised, wasting both my time and nerves. I do not recommend them to anyone!
