I hired this carpet cleaning company on a friend’s recommendation, and they didn’t disappoint. They arrived on time and handled everything professionally, from moving furniture to treating stains. My carpets were heavily soiled from years of wear, but now they look almost new. The technician was knowledgeable and explained how their cleaning method worked, which I appreciated. They even cleaned a small area rug for me at no extra charge. The entire house smells fresher, and the carpets are softer underfoot. I contacted them by phone to schedule a carpet cleaning for a house I had rented and needed to return with the carpet clean. I called them several weeks in advance, and for scheduling reasons with the property management company, I had to reschedule the appointment. They told me it was no problem — that my new appointment was confirmed and ready to be completed.

A day before the scheduled service, I called again to make sure everything was confirmed and that the cleaning would be done as agreed, since I only had one day available to complete it before the house handover the following day. They assured me over the phone that everything was confirmed and ready.

However, just a few hours later, one of their workers called me saying he hadn’t been informed of my appointment and wasn’t sure if he could come. He said that if he did, it would be around 6–7 PM, or that he might not be able to come at all, and even suggested I call other companies.

This is completely disrespectful. I did everything in advance to avoid this situation, only to be told at the last moment that they weren’t sure if they would show up. I couldn’t risk waiting and decided to hire another company that was serious and professional.

I do not recommend this company. They might call you just hours before your appointment to say they don’t know if they’ll come or not.

I had them do steam cleaning plus carpet protection in the high traffic areas. It looks amazing and now I don’t panic every time someone walks in with shoes. The whole space feels cleaner and easier to maintain.
