Mrs. Busy Bee Air Conditioning and Heating LLC is an outstanding company that provides top-notch service. In 2021, I had the pleasure of meeting Hilda, who provided me with an honest quote for a full-duct replacement for my low-pitch roof 1962 house in Orlando. Unlike their competitors, who were overpriced and tried to upsell unnecessary features, Hilda offered a competitive price that aligned with my needs.

Although I waited until I was financially ready during my renovation journey in wintertime, I reached out to Hilda a few months later to proceed with the project. She responded promptly, attentively listened to my requirements, and provided a quote that matched my expectations. Within a few days, the project began, led by Hilda's fantastic crew, which included Brandon, Mr. Angel, and Phil. Throughout the process, they demonstrated cleanliness, courtesy, and efficiency. Additionally, Esther was a pleasure to work with, keeping me informed of any changes and offering their excellent financing package.

Hilda truly embodies the values of this company, as she is honest, customer-focused, and genuinely helpful. She explained the requirements of my HVAC and duct system in a clear and educational manner, instilling trust in her judgment based on her experience and integrity. Busy bee is a very respectful and reliable company very professional and friendly they came and installed a whole new system in my home and discarded the old system. The value of the system they installed is fantastic so far my home is very cool and comfortable we are very happy we decided to use them. Esther was amazing!!! She explained everything to me plus some concerns with my heater. Unfortunately I called my other AC company and they just gave me a run around but after contacting Mrs Busy Bee Air and they came right out I have a new company. I would highly recommend this company. They’ve been honest from the beginning and do great work. I would trust them with any air conditioning problems. So far so good and I can’t thank Esther and Hilda enough for their quick response time and help. They put in a new unit while I was out of town and communicated everything to me and did a great job. They even made sure to go above and beyond with making sure my plants were okay during the time my house did not have AC.

This is the most AMAZING company. Both units went out in my home on a Friday evening. They were working in someone's home. Ester assured me that she would not leave me without a portable A/C over the weekend. She had Hilda(the best installer) come install portable units in my home for the weekend after 6pm and working a far distance from my home. UNBELIEVABLE in this day and age most companies would have said, “We will see you on Monday.” On Monday morning they were punctual and thorough with replacing my units as promised. I received up to date text messages of their expected arrival time each day of work. They also went the extra mile to ensure the units were installed as neatly and quickly as possible. The technicians and installation of my units were first class and well executed. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The customer service was unimaginably awesome. Most companies will give a bait and switch but not here. They are women of their word. Mrs. Busy Bee is the company to use if you want your a/c unit “buzzing and humming” with glee!!!!

They did the most fantastic installation and explained everything that they did. It was perfect. I compared it to other people they change the pipes the wire put the new unit said an even set up a chair so I could watch every step of the installation and they explained me what they did with highly recommend them to anyone.

I will start off by saying Hilda & Ester are truly amazing. Hilda came out to access my 13 yr old unit and told me what I would need and explained in details. Any questions or concerns I had she answered and made me feel so at ease. Ester handled any concerns in regards to financing and gave me options and also answered all my questions. Aside of that they both were very professional and they both were very supportive in my concerns. I did not feel pressured or inhuman. They each were very caring individuals who did their job but made me feel comfortable and safe in my decision to go with them. Hilda & Harry came out very next day and job was done in one day!!!! I didn't have the pleasure to really talk with Harry but my dad was there the whole day with them and said they were very knowledgeable and hard working and answered all his questions. So, we now have my sister getting her new system put in this week since she also was looking for a company and when we told her how great they had been she now is scheduled for hers =)

Mrs. Busy Bee is the best. We have been using their bi-annual maintenance plan for a few years now. They always do a great job maintaining our A/C system.

Busy Bee helped us to sort out a stress and mess that previous HVAC company left . They replaced condenser unit and were professional , careful and efficient. They handled the replacement with the outmost care and took their time making sure everything operates properly. The best part was the honesty and transparency that is so hard to find. Thank you!
Update : 10.08.2025 - our inside unit decided to shut down intermittently . Within 24 hours Mrs. Busy Bee team were able to locate parts and replace them! Thank you again !!!
Unfortunately they changed a lot of parts , charged a lot of money but HVAC unit is still shutting down and they did not want to come back and finish the job . Lesson learned - I will never pay upfront because as soon as people get your money - they do not care anymore :(

Horrible customer service, unorganized, unprofessional communication, schedules appointments and don’t show up.
I have been without for over a week. This morning they schedule an appointment by text with no consent for 3-5pm.
I confirm and sit waiting after 5pm without no details and nothing but attitude when I call.
The technician is competent but lack the professionalism to honor appointments or communicate and schedule delays.
The operation manager Esther de la Torre has no business being in customer service, she answers the phone and book appointments.
The nastiest person I have ever encountered.

Just before 8pm the technician is leaving and says another service is required before it will work properly and that service will have to be scheduled separately.
So after a week without air conditioning, I still have no idea when it will be fix or how many service visits we will be charged for.

My experience with Mrs. Busy Bee Air Conditioning and Heating was excellent. I'm pleased with this company. Hilda was exceptional, very professional and courteous. She arrived on time, answered all my questions and gave me options to solve the issue. Incredible service and teamwork. Highly recommend!

This’s the second time I have used Hilda. She helped me out two years ago after my last airman left me in a terrible situation. Her integrity and work ethic are 100% and so refreshing in these times. It was very reassuring to make a major purchase decision with person like this. She and her teammate Carlos were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Clean up like you never knew they were here accept for the lovely cool air. Cannot recommend highly enough. Fairly priced too!

Esther was the most amazing customer service representative I have ever spoken to. She helped me with my situation, knew exactly what I needed and how to fix my problem. The installers went above and beyond in my Air conditioning unit l. They did a great job in installing it. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I thank God for leading me to this company. From the first moment I spoke to Mrs Esther in distress explaining my concerns she exemplified a heart of compassion. Although it was after hours she sent Ms Hilda to my home who showed up very professional & you could tell right away she was very experienced. I had went through the night & half of the day without air, me & my children. I needed a right away solution being my household includes a 3 month old. Ms Hilda was able to quickly diagnose the problem & get my air back up & running within no time. Both ladies showed the kindness of what God’s servants should look like.
