Called them because they are a local business company that has been around for years. Same day service and Mike went right to the problem. Did not try to up sell or mislead. Would recommend this company to others.

Electrician scheduled to be at my home between 8-11am. After 3 calls to the office w/ promises of return calls to explain the delay, (which never happened), at noon, I finally received a call from the electrician stating he is unavailable & could we reschedule for 3 days from now.

I never write reviews, but felt I must for the fantastic job that Felix did. I had several projects that he was able to complete very quickly and competently. I could tell by the way he explained everything that I was in the hands of a pro and that everything would be done to spec.

I was really impressed with the company's professionalism and quick response to my query. They provided a very clear and detailed quote after coming to take a look at the work I wanted done, and answered all my questions very patiently. The work was completed right on schedule, and clean up was great. A real pleasure to work with, and I am already planning my next project with them. Thanks!

I called to confirm my appointment the day of my appointment. That morning they confirmed my appointment was between 12 noon and 4 PM. At 2 PM I called to confirm again and they told me my ticket has been closed. I never received any call from them or any communication. They just canceled my appointment and never showed up. After four calls of trying to speak with a supervisor, I gave up. Never received a call back. I would stay away from this company.

Very reliable company. Got an upgrade on my electrical system and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure was fully explained. They were patient, professional and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Grand Electric Contractors replaced our panels and prepared the power line to the house for being placed underground. They were prompt, efficient and thorough. I had a lot done so it may be a while before I need more work. If I were to have more work done, I would have Grand Electric Contractors do it.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SHAM! We had service scheduled with them and no one showed up for the appointment. We reached out multiple times and kept being told that they would call the tech and that the tech would reach out to us on a time update. No one ever contacted us. It took two weeks of battling back and forth to finally have a technician come out. We gave this company a final chance and booked a second job. Again, no one showed up. Every time you call, they're going to contact the technician, who will then contact you. No one ever does. There is also no way to speak to a manager directly and they have no way of transferring the phone, so you have to call and say you want to speak to a manager and then the manager may or may not call you back hours later. This company is terrible. Do not ever do business with them. Do not waste your time or money.

We used Grand Electric Contractors to rewire our entire house and would not recommend any other electrician. Felix was extremely professional, punctual, and always willing to help with side requests; during the initial walkthrough he recommended upgrades and features to the house that we didn't even consider and are extremely grateful for this.

Took my money but sent a technician who doesn't understand English, and had his son as a translator. The son badmouthed his own company stating that they are not ethical, and said the job can't be done correctly and that they underscoped the project.

Their manager, Bryan called me up stating that the job can indeed be done, but then told me I had to be rescheduled. Never heard back from. They took my $1,119 but didn't respond for rescheduling.

Highly unprofessional company. I CANNOT recommend this company to anyone. I am now trying to recover my money back while I find a different electrician.

These guys were referred by another contractor as doing quality work. We hired them to do some outdoor lighting installation at our home. Their attention to detail and aesthetics was top notch. They held themselves accountable for their work by taking the time to do it right. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their attitudes were positive and friendly. Will recommend often and use them again!
