extremely poor follow up, took money to replace a part and now have been waiting 4 months with the excuse being waiting on part if we even get a response at all

Avoid like the plaque… once you pay good luck getting them to show up. They don’t answer their phones or return calls. They schedule you and don’t show it or call to say they won’t make the appointment… when you do get them and they break a part and have to come back and fix it in 2 days… yeah never came back to fix it and won’t answer/return calls… just avoid at all cost.
