I recently hired the company to make a renovation in my bathroom. I did a quote with Miriam and she was amazing. Two months ago I was looking for a company that could help me reform my bathroom in a clearing way, they did everything that I expected and more, I am very satisfied and really recommend their work.

Despite the pandemic, the LCS administrator Lorena and the contractor Elkin were completely timely and thorough in resolving a difficult set of legacy permit issues. I cannot recommend them more highly. They were also reasonably priced and even refunded me unspent funds from the deposit.

The LCS master is a really trustable company to do general construction, I get my floor done with them and they are really good, responsible. The girls are so lovely, and I’ll do all my jobs with Lorena and team.

I had my hurricane windows and my floors done with this company in the begging of 2022. Not to mention that the fellow installing my windows would disappear for days at a time, with no explanation. The job performed on my floors was a disaster. I live in a Mobile home and the plywood needed to be changed in my bedroom and my dining room. not even a month after the installation I noticed that my floors in my bedroom and dining room where the plywood was changed felt like it was falling. With time the laminate started to break. When I complained to Lorena the owner, she came out with a group of guys, and said that the reason for that was because I had a leaking pipe under my house that was causing the plywood to absorb humidity. That made absolutely no sense and because I knew about the leakage, and it was very little. It wasn't enough to cause this type of damage, not to mention that the leakage wasn't nearly in proximity to where the plywood was. Lorena the owner offered to fix it if I paid her workers for a day of work. I spent a significant amount of money to have this poorly job done and was not going to pay her anything. Thanks to the grace of God, I am now working with a reliable contractor to redo all the flooring to my mobile home again. When he removed the flooring from both my bedroom and dining room, he indeed confirmed that the plywood was not installed correctly. I filmed the whole event and his explanation for how poorly the job was done. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.... THEY ARE NOT REALIABLE ... THEY ARE THEIVES... LIARS.... I only chose to work with them because they were a referral from a very good friend of mine, who is best friends with Lorena the owner. Do your research... wish I did mine!!!!!

I contracted LCS Master Construction to renovate my 3br/3ba townhouse in Greenacres, FL. Due to the fact I occupied the home during the entire project duration, we had organized the work to be completed first in the bedrooms and baths upstairs, and then the living area downstairs. Other than a 3-day interval during the painting of the entire townhouse, we were present during the entire project. I was very impressed with the quality of the work performed by the LCS construction team, and a special thank you to Mr. Dimas Lobo and Mr. Luiz Borba, whose construction skills and experience were very impressive. It was a pleasure to work with Ms. Lorena Chavez da Silva, the owner of LCS Master Construction and her office staff. The project as priced fairy and the construction schedule was timely, started on 7 March 2022 and completed 13 May 2022. The work perfumed is of very high quality and I would recommend them to any homeowner who requires a renovation or remodeling project and needs professional help.
