Electrical reviews in Boca Raton, Florida

They are the best Electical company I’ve ever used. Fair price and their team actually knows electrical. Theyre not just trying to do the bare minimum. They truly care about making sure you’re taken care of.

Doing some remodeling on our 1986 home and found out the electrical codes have changed and our outside main and inside breaker needed to be upgraded. I'm sure you have heard it before "one call does it all" it does when you call Boca Electrical. Our electrician Joe showed up on time and we received an email and text before he arrived with a picture and bio. After working out the details of the project he was able to get us a quote same day. We had to flip a breaker box from the kitchen to a junction box in our closet to a new panel in the bedroom, and upgrade the outside main, not a small job. Joe suggested some upgraded parts because it's not more labor just better parts, "Surge Protector". Communication is the key to life, but communication these days is lost, not when you work with Boca Electrical. Emails, texts, and phone calls from Joe and Joann made this smooth as silk. As a former heavy highway contractor I can say this, "Great Contractors cost money, poor contractors cost more!" It's a no brainer trust me. ✌😎

We have been customers of Boca Electrical Works for at least 5 years. Every time they respond quickly , have great knowledge of our issues, provide an estimate before beginning work, and the work that they do is always excellent.
Joe has been our service technician on most all of our appointments. He is extremely accurate and knowledgeable and diagnoses what we need very quickly. He does great work!

The most transparent business I’ve ever worked with! Although I had quotes from multiple companies they explained to me why it wasn’t the cheapest option but the best. I’m so glad I trusted them because they did an outstanding job, as well as following up a month after to make sure the quality was just how I wanted it.

Terrific customer service. Scheduled an appointment on line, and received a call the next morning. Same day service. Great results and I would recommend this service provider in the future. Very nice people to work with.

Lou and his team have been amazing to work with. They have come to my home multiple times, always the same day and never leave until the job is done. From the moment you call the office, they make you feel like part of the family. Couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks Lou!

Boca Electric and Joe were fantastic! The communication on both scheduling and the service was flawless. Joes experience proved to be invaluable as he was able to give me more accurate information then the two other electrical companies I spoke with and I now have the proper, better, situation for charging my new EV. Their price was great too. Thanks Boca Electrical!

We had an excellent experience working with Joe, a licensed electrician, and his apprentice, Noah. They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Joe clearly explained the safety considerations and any challenges with our project, and offered practical solutions so we could make informed decisions. Their work was careful, thorough, and done with real attention to detail. They also left the space clean, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine skill, communication, and genuine pride in their work. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I recently had a variety of electrical work done at my house. I’ll explain what that was briefly, then give you a few thoughts.

Replaced existing flood lights in rear of house and installed new floods in the front (far more involved than expected due to the shape of my roof & attic). Had landscape lighting installed in my backyard. Had 3 old exterior outlets replaced with weatherproof new outlets. Had a surge protector installed next to my main exterior breaker box. Had new outlets installed on side yard. Had a shut off switch (code requirement) installed to go with a new water heater. This was nearly 2 full days of work.

The lead electrician, Cristofer came with another electrician, Noah. Both were fantastic for a few reasons. First, both are just really good guys. Friendly, punctual, professional. I’d take either as a neighbor without reservation, if that tells you anything. With the mix of work done, both interior and exterior they left behind a lot of work to show for themselves. They went to great lengths to talk to me about various options, explained things clearly to a guy who knows next to nothing about this subject and who had a lot of questions. Patient, clear, accommodating at all times. And most importantly, the end result was clearly the work of guys who take pride in the end result. Everything is super clean and looks like it was accomplished by people who not only know what they’re doing, but sincerely care about the end result as if they were working on their own homes. That’s not easy to find. I’d also like to acknowledge Boca Electrics front office, specifically Abigail. Excellent service from her as well.

I’ve never needed an electrician since living in my home since 2018 and given the scope of this job, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of both of these guys or the end result. I’ve had a ton of contractors at my home since I’ve lived in my current home. New roof, new storm windows and doors, resurfaced pool, completely replaced the driveway, had pavers installed on my side yard, had new fencing installed, a new deck installed, a screened patio installed, house painted, new irrigation and so on. So though I’m no expert on any of these subjects, what I am an expert on is dealing with various contractors and the differences among them. Boca Electric is at the very top of these experiences. Highly recommended and again, Cristofer & Noah are guys I’d ask for by name if I need additional electrical work. Both are fantastic. Top notch, blue ribbon, 5 star recommendation.

I want to express my sincere thanks for the helpful and very useful experience I had with Boca Electrical Service. They guided me to contact other services before coming out. It was wonderful to have the guided interest as they were interested in helping me solve my electrical problem, the best easiest, and least expensive, and most prompt way. They worked with me over two day, and stayed in touch with me. It got solved by FPL. A lot of time by them and no charge to me. As I also can say when they have made
Repairs at my house it as excellent. Thank you Boca Electrical
Sincerely Linda Luther

Lou and his team at Boca Electrical Service were outstanding from start to finish. Lou was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, did the work right the first time, and left the space clean and tidy. It’s rare to find an electrician who’s this reliable and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Boca Electrical Service to anyone looking for honest, high-quality electrical work.

Chris was excellent. He explained everything before the work started, efficiently replaced a bathroom exhaust fan, demonstrated the features of the new fan, and cleaned up well. Also, Abigail worked with us to find a good time, and kept us informed before and day of installation. Both of these folks were friendly and highly professional.

I strongly recommend Boca Electric to anyone who needs electrical work performed.

Every aspect of my experience With the Boca electrical service was outstanding. Starting with the Customer Service personnel who answered the phone. They are polite, responsive and followed through on all of their commitments. Matthew showed up exactly when they said he would. Communication between the office staff and my family was excellent. Matthew identified the problem and solved it quickly with expertise and a great attitude. I will certainly use Boca electrical service the next time I have the need for an electrician.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ismael of Boca Electrical to complete electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a strong commitment to quality.
Ismael took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done and answered all of my questions patiently. His attention to detail was outstanding, and it was obvious he takes pride in doing the job right. The installation and repairs were completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and organized when he finished.
Most importantly, I felt confident in the safety and reliability of the work he performed. It’s not easy to find someone who is both skilled and trustworthy, but Ismael truly delivered on both.
I highly recommend Ismael to anyone looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, and professional electrician. I would absolutely hire him again for future projects.
