Green Image made our landscaping vision come to life in a way that transformed our backyard. Sam is great to work with. A true visionary. He met with us to hear our goals and ideas and then gave innovative and creative solutions. He was able to come up with a staged approach to fit within our budget. He started work on our paver project quickly and his crew completed it in a timely manner. They were precise and thought through details like drainage and irrigation. What an awful experience with this company. Lack of communication and transparency.

We work in contracting, and we pay for our own mistakes on a job, rather than having customers dish out money to fix them. Not the case here. Our misunderstanding.

Our quote originally included PROPER GRADING of our backyard plus a lot of turf installation. Sam specified the PROPER grading as our backyard was sloped.

After they had removed around 100sqft area, our HOA came back and said that specific area could not be done. They DID approve the rest of the yard though. We paid for the turf materials and labor of removal of original rocks/ dirt regardless.

They came and installed the rest of the turf and did not grade correctly. Flooded the next day. Pictures attached. We reached out to Sam who said oh no problem. We will get it fixed. He did not mention they’d be charging us to come install a drain. No new invoice sent. No work order or anything.
Our surprise when he comes back saying we owe more than originally agreed upon.

We have to pay for their mistake/ negligence.

Also note they did not remove a couple of trees and stumps as originally quoted on the invoice.

And when Sam sent a new adjusted invoice he backdated it… just overall sketchy practices.

The sales lady and install team are great. Just have clear communication and everything in writing with Sam!

This company was wonderful. We consulted with them on colors before hiring them to paint our living room. I absolutely love the results. It looks like a completely different room. Great service for a solid price.

I noticed higher utility bills and suspected the furnace wasn’t running efficiently. During the cleaning, the technicians showed me just how dirty the coils and blower motor had become. They did a complete coil cleaning, sanitized the ducts, and checked every return vent for proper airflow. The system now runs quieter and doesn’t seem to work as hard, and I’ve already seen a drop in energy costs.

Tony was the guy that came to our house to clean our air ducts completely. It was astounding to me how much dust and pet hair had been lodged inside the vents. He removed mounds of debris using powerful suction equipment. Since the dryer vent was partially obstructed, he also cleaned it. Our rooms began to smell much fresher after the service. Immediately, I noticed an improvement in the ventilation, particularly in our beds.

Chris Nave and his team came to install a natural gas line to my fireplace for ventless gas logs. He and his team were on-time, professional, and courteous. Chris came to my home and gave us a free quote a week before, and his final price was on target. Chris even installed our gas logs for us and helped us troubleshoot a problem with our remote for the logs.

I recommend Comfort Zone to anybody looking for propane or natural gas work. I will call him for HVAC work the next time I have a problem.

Chris Nave and his brother Brian, removed an existing electric range and installed a new duel-fuel range. The guys know there stuff; they're dependable, personable and take great care of their customers. When we have additional work that needs doing, the Nave Brothers will be contacted.

Chris, the owner, and his brother installed our gas logs. We are so very pleased with their quality of workmanship. They're both such nice guys. Very knowledgeable and personable. Answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the remote. We would highly recommend Comfort Zone for all of your HVAC needs.

We booked Goldstein HVAC in Boca Raton, FL because the AC wasn’t cooling properly. They inspected the system and discovered heavy buildup on the coils. Coil cleaning and deep cleaning made a huge difference in airflow. They also did blower cleaning and cleaned out the return vent which was nearly blocked. The cooling is way better now.

Since the duct and vent system received a deep cleaning, the indoor environment has remained consistently comfortable. Air circulation is even, and airflow feels clean and neutral. Dust presence has decreased significantly, and rooms stay fresh longer. The ventilation network now appears unobstructed.

I noticed our heating bills were significantly higher than our neighbor's, even though we have the same floor plan. Parker came out for a furnace cleaning and found that our burners were partially clogged, which was making the system run longer to reach the same temperature. He cleaned the whole assembly and checked the thermostat calibration for me while he was at it. He was very professional and gave me a detailed report of everything he did. I’ve already noticed the furnace is running in shorter cycles, which I know will save us money. It was a very productive and professional service call.
