The house seemed warm in some places even though our air conditioner was running nonstop. Before concluding that the system required repair, a technician suggested cleaning the ducts. The airflow was substantially improved once the ducts were cleaned up. Evidently, the unit was having to work harder than necessary due to congested ducts. Our house cools more quickly now, and I'm less concerned about breaking the system or paying too much for utilities. What a wise preventive action.

Victor and his staff have given us impeccable A/C service for several years. We have used them for emergency service as well as maintenance and recommend them without hesitation. Trustworthy, efficiency, highly skilled and personable. Today we met Shimy who worked so efficiently replacing some warranty parts, and Shon who cleaned all our vents. Tall ceilings, a high ladder with equipment and worked hard for several hours straight. This was the first time I saw what cleaning vents really meant. I researched several companies when it was time to replace both A/C units for my home. Friendly AC provided a competitive quote and provided excellent advice on the best units for my needs. Once booked, they provided a quick service and had my new units up and running quickly.

When choosing to go with a new company I was concerned about what service would be like if I ever had a problem. Unfortunately, I had my first failure with the condenser within about two months of install. Friendly AC was very responsive and had my unit repaired quickly. After just another two months, the same condenser had issues again. Friendly AC responded quickly once again and although the warranty would only cover replacement parts, Friendly AC made the decision to change out the whole unit for a completely new one at their cost. They have gone above and beyond my expectations each and every time I have required their services. I’m glad I made the switch to Friendly AC!

This is an excellent, professional, caring, considerate company with amazing customer service. Our AC went out, and they responded to our call right away. We needed a new system, and their price was very fair. They installed a new system, compressor and air handler, in 3 hours! And they hauled away the old unit the following day, as they squeezed us into their busy schedule so we wouldn't be without AC when it was 94 degrees out. Friendly AC is my new go-to company!

I should have written this review a while back since we've used them before, but just getting around to now. It's sometimes hard to find a service company that is honest and doesn't drain your wallet. We needed urgent A/C repair on a broiling day, and contacted Friendly AC in Boca Raton at 7 pm. They were super responsive and replied back to our message within a few minutes. A tech (Shimmy) came over the next day as promised and on time. Shimmy was just amazing. Not only was he incredibly polite, professional and always smiling, he diagnosed the problem in 2 seconds, fixed the issue and also did a routine maintenance check on all units. He clearly knows A/C's like the back of his hand and didn't even need to think about the best solution. We have used them in the past and are our go to company for A/C. We've found them to be honest, no bait & switch, dependable and very fair pricing. Previously we had some AC repairs and we were always impressed at the pricing we received, To add, they were willing to work with us on some very expensive (coil replacement) work. On past jobs, they even showed me which parts could be bought on Amazon and showed me how to complete the repair myself so I'd save on a routine service call. THAT IS INTEGRITY!!
