Green Image Landscaping & Tree Service is literally the best of the best in landscaping!!!! We informed them of our vision, which they completed on time, with a level of precision and artistry that I have rarely, if ever seen in South Florida! The garden was literally transformed in front of our eyes. Sam, took our ideas, listened to us, and enhanced everything! The landscaping is now refined and elegant. Everything is perfect and flows, that’s often difficult to achieve. It’s not often I am this impressed with a company! We could not be happier!

My yard was looking real bad—grass was patchy, weeds everywhere, and I had no clue where to start. Found a landscaping company nearby and gave them a shot. They came out, gave me a free quote, and started work the next day. They mowed, trimmed all the hedges, and even planted a few flowers I picked up from Home Depot. Big difference. Took a couple of hours and they didn’t leave any clippings behind which I really liked. Only thing was they were a little late starting but apologized and still finished on time. Now my yard actually looks like someone lives here. Neighbors even commented on it. I signed up for monthly maintenance cause I know I’ll never keep up with it myself. These guys knew what they were doing and worked hard. Way better than me struggling with a weed whacker and giving up halfway through.

Green Image relandscaped my front yard and so far I am very happy! It looks great, the crew all worked quickly and efficiently. Christian, the foreman, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! They are finishing the job on Monday and I will update with before and after pics.

The guys were so easy to work with and very careful with some special plants I had. They worked quickly, were very polite, and clean. My yard was spotless when they left. Christian was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Sam, the owner was also very pleasant to work with. He even reached out to help while on his family vacation. They only plant and do not know grass or plants. They do not offer any guarantee on their work. My new lawn was dead after 30 days.

We are so happy with our new backyard!!! Our kids have a new play place and it completely opened up our backyard! The team at Green Image showed up every day at 7:15am and got the job done in 3 days! Would highly recommend!!

Sam, the owner, contacted me promptly about the job, and we scheduled a day that I was available. His foreman and crew showed up around 730 am. I hired them to remove a palm tree to make room for a storage shed. The crew of three were done in an hour. I attached pictures of before and after.

Turf came out great! We have such an incredible place to entertain now. Great value with fantastic quality and workmanship. They showed up when promised and did what they said they would.

What an awful experience with this company. Lack of communication and transparency.

We work in contracting, and we pay for our own mistakes on a job, rather than having customers dish out money to fix them. Not the case here. Our misunderstanding.

Our quote originally included PROPER GRADING of our backyard plus a lot of turf installation. Sam specified the PROPER grading as our backyard was sloped.

After they had removed around 100sqft area, our HOA came back and said that specific area could not be done. They DID approve the rest of the yard though. We paid for the turf materials and labor of removal of original rocks/ dirt regardless.

They came and installed the rest of the turf and did not grade correctly. Flooded the next day. Pictures attached. We reached out to Sam who said oh no problem. We will get it fixed. He did not mention they’d be charging us to come install a drain. No new invoice sent. No work order or anything.
Our surprise when he comes back saying we owe more than originally agreed upon.

We have to pay for their mistake/ negligence.

Also note they did not remove a couple of trees and stumps as originally quoted on the invoice.

And when Sam sent a new adjusted invoice he backdated it… just overall sketchy practices.

The sales lady and install team are great. Just have clear communication and everything in writing with Sam!
