Joe guided us through the permit process, contributed to design alternatives and choices, recommended all materials and helped us make the best selections for our project in terms of quality and resilience. One of the cottages was historic so that added to the complexity of our project. Joe's experience with the County and Historic regulations and County staff was invaluable.
