On a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, A/C JOE sent Duny to our house. He analyzed the problem, went for a part, and had us up and running in a couple hours. Thanks to Duny’s efforts, we were able to enjoy our home being cool in this Florida heat.

Our experience with AC Joe Heating and Cooling has been outstanding. My mother-in-law needed her ductwork replaced in her condo in Ft. Myers. It was a major job as it hadn’t been done in many years and there was mildew. Joe’s team showed up when expected, were very professional and really cared about the job being done the right way. Daniel Holcombs (our tech) and his two sons worked quickly, were extremely polite and professional and exceeded our expectations with their service. This is our second experience with this company, they replaced the air conditioning unit several years ago, and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Called at 8 am and they had a service technician here by noon. They have a great messaging system to let you know the appointment time, that the technician is on the way and when the job is done. The technician was very knowledgeable, quick and helpful. I definitely recommend AC Joe for all your AC needs!

We had an issue with our A/C in the keys. Not only was A/C Joes price fair & competitive they were able to change our air compressor and air handler out the next day. My Air Conditioner quit working late on a hot Sunday afternoon. I called AC Joe’s and they personally answered the phone, and sent a repair technician to my home early that evening. My Air Conditioner was repaired quickly, and I thought my bill was very reasonable for a Sunday evening Service Call. I recommend AC Joe’s for anyone else needing repairs or a new AC Unit.

Great service and excellent diagnosis of what was required to fix my a/c system. Replaced with new system. Always ready to assist and answer questions regarding the a/c system. A/C JOE: Orlando and Julio completed the replacement of the cooling coils on our air conditioning unit. They did great work, and quick, considering this was a challenging install. We are pleased with Orlando and Julio. Kudos for A/C Joe. The house is cooling much better now.

The technician fixed our AC problem and when asked about new ‘smart’ thermostat, replaced it.. and when we had connectivity issues w/ it, they sent another Tech out the next day to get it functioning. We appreciated the customer service.
