Do not hire them, its a 3 minute diagnostic then a 500.00 repair bill for a washer for a 60.00 part. Not the SEARS company we know. Do not spend the money.

Do not show up for paid appointment, do not answer phones, basically the worst possible service. Look at you warranty, if it says Sears buy something else

Had this company repair a refrigerator in December 2023. The repair went smoothly. Technician ordered 2 parts but only needed one. We paid $900ish for the repair, and they were going to credit us approximately $350 for the unused part. That credit never happened. Billing and customer service is apparently a different company (Transformco).Starting in March (11th) I began calling to get this credit resolved. It is now April 18 2024 and my 5th call has not gotten this resolved. You have to call a call center, and the wait time to talk to someone is usually 10-25 min. Getting a supervisor on the phone takes an act of Congress, and their "billing department" does not take phone calls. Their customer service people and supervisors have told me twice that they'll call me back and they never do. Great repair, terrible customer service. Will never use them again.
