I spoke with Lorraine and Tina over the phone - they are both SUPER nice, and very smart. Alexander came out the very next morning to look into why we've been having wild power fluctuations where some utilities wont even run - polite and knowledgeable guy! He figured out the problem quickly. A/C Electrical had to contact FPL to come out and replace the main ground-line into the units, and they were out here within a few hours to put in a temp line to give us stable power until they fully replace it. I had already contacted FPL, and they said they sent someone out and there were no issues... which was a lie.

Vito went above and beyond to make sure an electrical issue caused by another vendor was triaged and resolved. He worked late at night and early morning to get my issue resolved.
Elvis came on day 2 with Vito to help find the electrical issues.
I was extremely impressed with Elvis and his knowledge and how he methodically found the issue to repair.
