it only took few days to get the estimate and have the trees cut. We had I believe the strangling fig wrapped around the palm tree, and they cut down the strangler perfectly and saved the palm tree. Would hire Rob and his company anytime. Work was completed within timeframe stated, all debris was removed, yard was cleared and lookes great. I had several trees and stumps that needed to be removed to include a huge pony palm which was close to my water lines. He took the time to call and have them marked. Very professional. He did a great job.

Rob and Brandon took on an extremely complex drainage problem with sump pumps and French drains around the entire perimeter of our lot and did a fabulous job! Much better than we expected. And they did it with attention to detail and really cared about us and what we needed. There is no doubt that we would use them again. They are awesome!

Rob and crew went above and beyond on this technically very difficult replacement of a coconut palm that was struck by lightning. Great care was taken in protecting the existing landscape at the cost of taking additional time. Highly recommend this outstanding team - competent professionals who care!

We bought a 1/2 acre lot in Lehigh Acres. It was heavily wooded. You couldn't walk the land with the thick vegetation. There were two large live oak trees that I wanted to protect and keep. I built over 150 homes since 2000. I needed someone who would do a special job and not harm the 2 oak trees. I found Rob Watrous owner of Southern Coast Land Services. I trusted him immediately. He cleared the lot at a reasonable price using well maintained equipment in January of 2020. He first placed the culvert to access the property, cleared the lot with no problems, placed about 65 truck loads of dirt, compacting it as he went along. There was an inspection for the culvert and many for the compaction for my 3,000 sf house. Never failed an inspection. After the house was up, he did the final grading. I was very fussy about the drainage and landscaping. Rob did not take any short cuts, He had to order in more dirt to achieve what I pictured the lot would look like. He also had to have 2 loads of crushed concrete for the driveway. No trucks ever got stuck on the property. He was there to control everything. What I like the most about Rob is that he would listen to you and deliver exactly what I wanted. If in doubt, he would ask. Rob has very good communication and customer service skills. He was pleasant to work with and I am very pleased with his work and scheduling. I would highly recommend him for any and all excavation work.

Rob and staff are great!!! I am new to this area. I first wanted to have scrubs and trees pulled out then have some landscaping done, so I read reviews on several companies and decided on this one. They did an excellent job with this part. After living in my new home for a couple of weeks, I noticed that I had a drainage issue with water wanting to come into the pool area during a heavy rain. I had Rob and his team come back and evaluate my property. They came up with a plan to build me a drainage area along my side of the back yard to where the water was coming together at a very reasonable price. Rob was very good in explaining what he was going to do and how. If you ever had questions to him, he would take time to answer and assist in anyway possible. I would definitely call them again for any yard needs.
