I’m well connected in the area and have worked with several land clearing companies over the years — but I was rarely fully satisfied. Either the equipment wasn’t up to the task, timelines slipped, or communication was vague.
With PRIMUS Land Clearing, things were different. They were professional from day one, showed up with serious equipment, and got the job done exactly as discussed. Since then, I’ve hired them for multiple projects — including fence line clearing, bush hogging, and forestry mulching — and it’s been smooth every time.

Great up front tree work but after service warranty work, lot of promising but NO follow-up!! very disappointed

Called and scheduled an appointment. The next day no show, no response, nothing! Terrible.

A few months ago we called St. John Pro and got immediate service. The job entailed removal of old shrubs, installation of sod, Installation of landscape cloth, and gravel mulch. Two days later it was all done exactly as we wanted. The second job was today- 9 Christmas palms were blocking solar panels and had to be removed. They are gone, the area is cleaned up, and the trees hauled away. Great work, great service, great quality of work for the price. Thank you!

Miguel came and gave me an estimate to perform work. Very nice, very professional. I needed a new controller for my sprinkler system. The work was done when promised and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called Miguel on a Thursday and he came out to visit my house the very next day. We arranged for work to be done the following Monday. The men came on time and spent hours finding and fixing the irrigation issues. The anticipated work was way more than expected but there were no extra charges. The work was done perfectly! My highest recommendation!

They are the most professional and honest company I have had the honor of meeting since moving to Florida. My irrigation has not been the easiest to deal with and they continue to come out and work through the problems we have had with my pump and the new irrigation they installed ( all problems caused by my well pump and well ). They installed my new system very fast and without destroying my yard. Miquel is amazing to work with and could not stress more if you need something done to contact them. We had bushes removed and new trees planted in place of the bushes. They did a great job. Very pleased with the final product. We will definitely be calling again for our next yard plan.

If you’re looking for a reasonably priced and reliable professional landscaper and sprinkler repair (or system) Miguel is definitely the guy! I called him Wednesday and by Friday he had my sprinkler system working better than it ever has. He replaced the heads and added an extra one that was much needed. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend Saint John and Miguel. Get it done right and at a great price.

I am writing this review to warn other potential customers against using this company. I received a quote from Saint John Pro to repair my irrigation system and was told I needed both a new pump AND relay system. They gave me a quote that I instantly knew was too high. I then had another company take a look at my system, and was told I did need a new pump, but my relay system was just fine (which means Saint John was attempting to sell me a relay system I didn’t need). It is also worth noting that Saint John had installed my existing, broken pump only 2 years ago, but told me it was no longer under warranty. I then received a quote from the different company (one that is extremely reputable and gets fantastic reviews), that was MUCH lower for the cost of the pump and labor than Saint John. Additionally, the other company offered me a 5–year warranty, AND a maintenance contract that includes 2 visits per year, and the entire quote was less than what Saint John had quoted (excluding the cost of the relay system I didn’t need). I am a 66-year-old retired widow, and this company was clearly trying to take advantage of me. I will never use this company again for any type of service.
