I’m a total novice when it comes to caring for a pool, it took me a while to find Cool Shark Pools after a couple of poor experiences. Mike & team helped show me what the joy of pool ownership should be like. Punctual, knowledgable, reliable and a spotless pool, what more can you ask for ?

Mike was awesome. I contract for my weekly pool cleaning and cool shark pools gets the job done. Anytime I have an issue (questions about my equipment or the beginning of something growing) they are quick to resolve it. I had them pressure wash my pool deck and it looks spotless. It had black mold growing on the brick pavers and weeds a foot tall growing through the cracks and they got rid of all of it.

Best service! We called with issues we have battled with our pool for over a year. They fit us in, came out and in 2 visits turned our pool around. We are blown away at how great our pool looks! Good service, good price but amazing work!

I refer them to my customers and one customer had an emergency pipe repair that they needed to push the cleaning date back. They called them and refused unless they paid $120 cancellation! Terrible and unaccommodating! Sometimes things happen beyond your control and they were not understanding or helpful. I am absolutely disappointed and will not be referring any other of my customers again. I will be sure to pass this information along to my whole office as well so they know not to use them anymore.

I scheduled an appointment to clean my home on 1/29/18 for 2/28/18. The appointment was for 3:30pm. I called and emailed the company around 2:30 to be sure the cleaners were coming. I did not get a response until the office manager, Michael, called me at 3:45 to inform me that he did not have the staff to clean my home. This is a rental property. I had a renter leave on 2/28 and I have a new renter coming in on 3/1. I told him that I must have my home cleaned and suggested they clean the next morning. Michael told me that he did not have the staff and that he would not even try to rearrange the schedule to have my house cleaned. I told Michael that I hired his company which charges more than local cleaners because I wanted a company with many cleaners so that I could rely on having my house cleaned. Micheal told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to the owner. Micheal said no and hung up on me. Then he sent me an email cancelling my cleaning appointment for 2/28/18 and 3/31/18.
In addition, I used this company in early February 2018 as a trial. One woman arrived on time but the other person arrived late. They cleaned ok but it was extremely expensive! I would never use this company again as it is not dependable and it is very expensive.

Best cleaning service ever. My husband and I are so impressed with how professional and thorough this company is. Our house is always impeccably cleaned. Our cleaning crew is so friendly and hard working. Maids on a broom allows us to go about our busy day to day activities while they take care of always being on time and arriving on the date scheduled. Look no further this is the ultimate cleaning service. Kudos to Maids on a Broom. :)

I have been using Maids On A Broom on a weekly basis for over 2 years. They pay attention to details, and are consistently very thorough. My bathrooms and floors never looked better. I love their scent free products; I have asthma, a little one and a small dog. I would recommend them to anyone that needs of a housecleaning service.
