We are new customers and called them because we thought we had a problem with our unit. They came out the same day at 4:00. We did not have a problem but the technician took time to give us some pointers on how to spread the cold air out more in the house. We were very impressed that they we so quick and helpful for someone who wasn't even a regular customer. They have won us over for good now.

My AC compressor stopped working
in the middle of the hottest summer on record. I decided to contact Comfort Caddies Monday morning and that same day by 11:00am I had a tech (Carlos S) working on my unit. Great guy, supper professional and very knowledgeable. He not only did a great job replacing the unit but also took the time to explain all the different steps of the repair and provided great tips on how to protect and keep the system running smoothly.
I definitely recommend Comfort Caddies and their team for any of your HVAC needs. -
