Super nice person, didn't even charge me a consult. Went out of his way when he didn't have too. These are the ones that you want to give your business too. Because helping people is what I felt Mark wants to do and that's what kind of person you need to rely on when you have a problem.

Although I wasn’t an existing customer, they were able to schedule an appointment for me within 24 hours of my initial call—an impressive level of responsiveness right from the start.

Mark, the owner and president, personally came to my home and even climbed into the attic to thoroughly assess the situation. Within another 24 hours, I had a precise, detailed quote with multiple options, giving me confidence in the pricing and the process.

What stood out most was their professionalism and transparency. Purchasing a new HVAC system is a significant investment, and Dr. Kool made me feel informed and respected every step of the way. They welcomed questions and offered thoughtful answers without pressure or sales tactics. In contrast, my current HVAC company had taken a more "snarky" approach, which made me appreciate Dr. Kool’s calm, solution-oriented style even more.

After having a few service calls on our older unit, we finally had Dr. Kool come out to replace it. All technicians were knowledgeable, communicative, thorough, polite, and on time. Dr. Kool is a 5-star company with 5-star service technicians. Referred to me last year by a friend, and they did not disappoint! Just yesterday, I needed emergency service, and their technician KEITH was here within the hour! He had everything taken care of in a short time, and did a great job. Keith was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will never have any other a/c company in my house!

Mark ( owner) made a huge effort to help me with my concerns about rats coming through AC -they wire-meshed all around the AC and my pest control guy ( D and D pest solutions)was there and said that was a great service! I’m able to breath a big sigh!

Mauricio was prompt and thorough.. He explained what he had done as well as showing me photos of the lines, water etc. He presented me with choices for how to go forward and my house is cooling as we speak.

We used them a few weeks back for one of our listings. They were very professional, communicated well, and did a great job servicing two units for us. I especially liked how I received a text with a picture of the tech who was en route when I got the 20-minute "On our way" update. Keith was fantastic, as was the whole experience. They offer service plans that allow for monthly billing, which is different from most of the A/C companies I've used previously. I highly recommend them.

Arrived within the time frame scheduled, notified me when he was on his way. Very professional, was great with my dog who can be a bit needy and explained everything he was doing and what the problem to me. Very pleasant experience.

We have had Dr. Kool as our AC maintenance company for several years. Last week, when we were experiencing issues at 10:30 PM, I called what I thought would be their answering service to get on the list for the first thing in the morning appointment, and the owner picked up. I was totally floored. Their customer service and follow-up has been amazing. You don't see that much in SW Florida. I appreciate everyone on their staff. Won't use another company for AC.

Excellent customer service. Joaquin and Guillermo (technicians) did a very nice job. They are meticulous and systematic in all AC installation steps. Installation is the most important thing on HVAC even more than the equipment brand. Anthony is very professional and trustworthy.

Our capacitor went out Friday evening on our unit. Mark was able to get a technician to our house within about 45 minutes of me calling him. The technician was quickly able to diagnose the problem and have it back up and running in under 30 minutes.

If I could multiply the 5 stars, I absolutely would! In a world full of companies that promise but rarely deliver, this AC company truly stands out as the real deal. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional.
